That is eye black. It has been put there by the cyberface creator who made that face.

I'm not so sure....that's a generic face. Does the game put that in there for day games in some cases?

That comes with the 2006 mod, I try importing generic faces of the original game but did not work

in some other players also appears the "eye black"

If it's hard coded into the generic faces, there's nothing you can do. I don't even know/think that generic faces can be altered.
