sureal00 Posted February 27, 2005 Share Posted February 27, 2005 i updated my nvidia drivers to the beta ones (67.66 ) and i had ( 66.93 ) The problem is anytme i shut off my computer and restart it the next day i go back to being unable to change the player detail option to medium or high .If i reinstall the beta drivers everytime i am about to play mvp 2005 i get back the ability to changing the player detail to medium or high anybody know why this is happening ? That's odd, how did you go about installing the newer drivers? You should uninstall the old ones, restart in safe mode, run a driver cleaner utility, restart and then install the new ones...complex, I know, but it's the safe way to do it... It's also possible that it is a problem with the beta set you are using, you could try a different one...I'm using 75.90 right now and they seem to work fine...check out www.guru3d.com for a huge collection of drivers, beta and otherwise. Were you having the problem that you couldnt change the player detail level??? And where did you get the new driver??? Also, what is the name of your Video Card??? Okay this is what i got working for me I installed the following drivers from .guru3d.com ForceWare 75.90 Win2000/XP also i checked little box called texture shaping and changing antialasing to 2x in the geforce performance setting tab made my game run better 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
