Foocards88
How many of you are using the PC version of MVP Baseball 2005 (including any modded version) vs playing the game through a XBOX or PS2 emulator. My specs are i7 processor 3.60 ghz with 16 GB RAM and a Nvidia 740 gpu. Very capable of running a PS2 emulator. Yet when I try to play MVP Baseball 05 it freezes and pixelates. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I was just curious if I was foolish for trying to play the game this way via emulator and should instead just buy then play the PC version. Is that what most/all of you are doing? Because I seem to be the only one having a problem if most/some of you are playing on a emulator. Foocards88
So I installed the game properly and now it says that mvp2005.exe stopped working or something. Is it possible to play the PC version of the game on Windows 8.1? Does anybody know?
Kccitystar
On my Windows 8.1 machine I installed the game under the C drive and not in the Program Files folder. Windows 7 and higher will give you problems installing any patches or utilities from this community because of security protections Microsoft put in place for the Program Files folder.Try reinstalling the game and making sure it's under C:\EA Sports\MVP Baseball 2005 instead.
