PunchBro
I can't compress my altered datafileEdit.txt file. I've seen this problem come up on old threads, and I've tried the solutions offered, including: a.) compressing with DF Compression Utility b.) using EAZIP and writing a batch file with the compress command Both of these options don't seem to work. I could use help on learning what today's method of doing this is. One problem I'm consistently having is stumbling upon broken links from old forum threads that may have had solutions. That's actually a problem I'm having with many threads that I'm trying to learn more about.
Gordo
If you created the datafileedit.txt file with the DF Comp utility then it should compress it back w/ no problems, unless this is another W8/W10 thing.

PunchBro
Woohoo, finally got EAZIP to work by manually going through the command prompt.
