Older rosters that don't require any extra cyberfaces, portraits, jerseys, etc?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend me an older roster update (it's fine even if it's from 2006 or 2007) that can maybe improve gameplay or realism but doesn't require me to install any extra files like portraits or cyberfaces. I don't wanna have to worry about crashing or potential crashing in the game. Thanks

You're talking about 10 or 11 year old rosters.  It's doubtful anyone is going to remember the details about a roster that old. Look through the descriptions of the rosters in the Downloads section and see if you can find the roster you want

I think you need to define "improve gameplay" and "realism" for us.  What are you going for?  Rosters can certainly do a lot, but the right sliders (in relation to the level you are on) and datafile can have significant effects too.
