Changing stadium background

Hey all. I'm having an issue with my stadium editing, because I want to try to get the background at Yankee Stadium to look like the picture below. Basically, it'd be a re-imagining, if the Yankees were to have moved to Manhattan. For some reason, when I try to add the background, I'm able to, but it just doesn't look right. I add the picture and the alpha, but the buildings either aren't showing up or are too far away. Sadly, my access to oedit is limited, so I'm just asking any stadium modders out there to help a fellow modder out. I can do unis, but stadiums are way beyond my expertise. 

If you can give me a shout with advice, it'd be much appreciated.
