picklebrad
You have to install an Invidia dds plugin. Then it should work. Just Google it.

Gordo
I believe I got it from here, but I'm not absolutely sure. It's an old program and it does not seem to install. It's just a stand alone program that should run from anywhere. I had to google it to re-discover it: http://www.mwgfx.co.uk/programs/dxtbmp.htm
Bostonnico
I use the NVidia Photoshop plugin vrs 8.55, and that works for me in Photoshop cs5 and the cs6. I recommend that you better install the Photoshop cs6

Gordo
The DXT program is pretty easy and will use PS for editing. I have CS2 and can still use that for editing and then bringing back to the DXT tool for saving as a .dds file.
Guest
some good news some bad. good is i got the plungin where they need to be for cc, and can open .dds files. i dont there a problem there the problem i do have is when i went to try a save, the save options are totally differnent as there listed differntly when in use for cc vs cs6, so i dont know if there is a setting that is usable at this point. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for mentioning.
Guest
what im doing for the time being use, until i find if there is a right setting for us using cc, is do my work in cc, save it as a psd, then go over to paint.net finish and save the final work there. its not the best solution, but it does work. i tried imp and its just to wok-word for me.
