In summary, D/L tool into dedicated folder for future use, D/L All-Star Mod, open transfer tool app and point to above stated mod where it was downloaded, and follow prompts to complete installation. Great tool, great mod :). For those of us who are unfortunately unable to run MVP 2005 mods in Windows 10☹️.
