MaddiesDaddy
You can edit any player on any team by Rosters and then Edit/Create A Player and choose any team. I stand corrected...I just checked and you can edit any player on any team. Thanks Cavicchi
Expos4Ever
A quick question: why is Chad Cordero a 2 star? A 22 years old closer in the majors is not enough to convince you?(so far so good this year) BTW: he occasionally throw a change

Cavicchi
These changes worked great for me in simming- Please consider them. Rolen- 83/88 VS R and 91/91 vs L] If you consistently got a .320 batting average with Scott Rolen, then those figures are too high. Quote-"Rolen which we talked about i think 83/85 VS R and 91/91 vs L would be generous. He hits in the .320+ range in my sims." Since 1996, Rolen has hit over .300 only once! and that was .314. So, he shouldn't be constantly hitting in the .320 range.
Cavicchi
Soon you guys can update the All-Star teams  You have a good point there. I've got this game for months and I'm back in April after going past the All-Star game because of these roster changes. I am so tired of starting a Dynjasty only to start over with a more accurate roster. Getting to the point now where I am making changes as I go along and leaving it that way. dkrause
Man, your still not getting this- Rolen was hitting .320+ with the V2.35 ratings not with the ones i listed. Mos tthe time he was .290 to .305 withthe changes i mentioned in your quote. Don
dkrause
I am anxious for V2.4 with all the appearance updates and such. After that i'll probably just do my own changes (thinking whatever doesn't get into 2.4 that i posted lately, and i think the chase, takes and misses need work). But really 2.4 most likely will be the most accurate for any sport this year. I never have seen quite this much detail for the footballs, basketball and such paid. Thanks again to the creators. Cavicchi
Sorry, but it wasn't clear to me that you were getting .320 with version 2.35. Seems like you've done a lot yourself with changes. Why not combine all your changes into one post?

dkrause
a few more tweaks- M Cabrera- R 84/82, L 78/78 based on the real life splits of .293/.541 and .283/.486 Mathews Jr- R 70/62, L 60/53 based on .265 and .259 for avg Contreas- Split 14, FB movement 6 (2-8 trag). Espn claims his split is one of the best pitches in the major. Marte- No Change apparently. 2 FB sounds like a cutter. 4Fb i assume movement based on that 3.04 career ERA. Marte is generally a two-pitch pitcher, with a low-90s fastball and a slider that acts like a slurve. He has dabbled with a cut fastball but does not really need a third pitch in the relief role. Marte is a migraine for lefthanded batters, holding them to less than a .150 average in two of the last three seasons. He is not especially quick in handling comebackers but hasn't committed an error in 241 career games. Opposing basestealers can take advantage of him C Cordero- stars 2 to 4. thanks-Don
Millennium
TRADE I didn't see this a few pages back, but Baltimore trades Single A IF Peter Maestrales (not in your rosters, no need to add him unless KC needs another body) to Kansas City for OF Eli Marrero Baltimore, to make room for Marrero on the 40 man, DFA's AAA RP Jocobo Sequea. No word on if he has been claimed or not.

lilfisch
TRADE Washington Nationals acquired second baseman Junior Spivey from the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for pitcher Tomo Ohka, hours before the right-hander was scheduled to start Friday. The Nationals also picked up two right-handers off waivers Friday, Ryan Drese and Jacobo Seuqea. Other moves Friday, the Nationals claimed Drese off waivers from the Texas Rangers and Seuqea off waivers from the Baltimore Orioles, while veteran outfielder Jeffrey Hammonds announced his retirement after 13 major league seasons. Drese will join the Nationals on Saturday, while Seuqea was optioned to Double-A Harrisburg. dkrause
Balt farm- Tim Raines Jr spd should improve from 63 to 77ish. Steals around 30 bases nowadays. You probably remember his daddy being fast too. And Drese info from rotoworld.com- The Rangers expected that the $2 million Drese was guaranteed through next year would keep him in the organization. They shouldn't be disappointed they were wrong. Drese was very solid last season, but that was a fluke. He's displayed little in the way of command of his sinker this year and he has nothing else he can rely on. lilfisch
I told everyone this would happen... A person claimed to have made his own roster. Heres what Midget33 said, "You put up such a great fight for nothing. All I had to do was look at the Cubs roster, which I did most of the players for the urp team and realized allot of the same players I did are there. You didn't even try to change attributes you keep the same stats, dittys and batting stance. Ex. Matt Criegton Buck Coats, Jemel Spearmen and probably more. If you had read the readme you would had realize I did the Cubs and maybe made a better attempt at changing some of the players attributes." Midget33 also stated, "Just looking at the Cubs there the same as Urp's. if the Cubs are the same as urp then probably every other team is also." Midget33 correctly identified that these were URP rosters. BravesBeat22 was the user claiming that they were his. http://forums.operationsports.com/vBulleti...age=4&pp=
