The difference between Giambi and Ortiz is that Giambi acutally is fat and Ortiz is just wearing baggy pants/jersey. If was however thinking about bumping up Ortiz a bit. We'll see, haven't decided yet... I looked around some pics on the Red Sox website and Ortiz does have a lil gut....and yea i kno he does wear big clothes but the fatter bod gives off that impression and i think he looked 100% the way he was in version 2.4.....i not a sox fan as u can see by my picture but if im goin to face the Red Sox 19-26 times a year in my dynasty i would like to see the opposing team look real....it would really be appreciated if u changed him back to exactly the way he was in 2.4....also u gotta look it at it from the point of view when ur facing him at the plate...when he is on the bases or on the field u dunt get a good look at him the most he will get is a throw a over to 1st and thatz it and most of the time he is DH....but at the plate is when u really get to see the players so having a big figure for him makes him look much more threating and powerful like he is in real life....although the weight doesnt affect his pop in the game making him skinny takes away from the fear that SHOULD come from facing Ortiz as a human player

Andruw25
Kraw, your legend continues to grow! Thanks again. Totte, looks like a ton of changes have been made; can't praise the effort enough. I'm going to start my Red Sox dynasty and will probably be creating Craig Hansen, Jacoby Ellsbury and Jed Lowrie within the dynasty. That way I can sign them for rookie money and then up their stats accordingly. If you're interested in the CAP specs for later editions, let me know, I'd be happy to share. Great job with Joey Devine btw for the Braves. If you could tolerate a petty request, could you change Brian McCann to a blonde guy (Hair color 3) with no sideburns (Style 6). This kid looks like he's taking over for Estrada already even though Johnny's a little banged up. Thanks man, this version is pretty awesome if you ask me. bondsfan25
Yeah on further inspection Totte, you did a great job with the Giants. My only gripe would be a higher ranking for Munters sinker (mid 80s) and a lower ranking for his fastball. Otherwise, dead on. Thanks!
Totte
2.52 will be uploaded tonight. I'm gonna take it for one last test drive in 5 minutes. New additions since 2.51 follows: - Updated genereic faces for Milwaukee, Tampa Bay, Toronto and Washington. (MLB > A-ball that is...) - Adjustments to the NY Yankees and Tampa Yankees batting order. Fixed a few appearance errors within the organisation. All thanks to MarkBTheYankee for this. - The Cardinals sign Armando Almanza (LHP). - The Rockies release Desi Relaford (INF). - The Yankees sign Dennys Reyes (LHP). - The Royals release Alberto Castillo ©. - Fixed Brian McCann's appearance thanks to Andruw25. - Fixed Scott Munter's sinker to better reflect his real life pitch. - Fixed David Ortiz's and Derrek Lee's bone profile. + Some minor tweaking here and there... This is the last update for about a week. I'm gonna take some time off from the roster editing to start a Padres dynasty. I'm a perfectionist and I'll tell you - if I start a dynasty...the roster is g-r-e-a-t! Take care guys and enjoy the rosters. (Andruw25: Could you PM me the CAP's? Thanks mate!) Totte
awesome roster thanks so you guys know if you play in dynasty mode, if the cpu teams change there lineup and pitching rotation with these roster? thanks The CPU automatically optimimizes its roster in a dynasty so yes, they do change their lineup and rotation. Totte
Where is Aaron Small in 2.51? (He isn't in anywhere in the Yankees Orginzation) I assumed he was in there...? I had him there for 2.5 and I'm 110 % certain I haven't moved him. That's just weird :chin: I'll add him in version 2.53.

TheWeatherGuy
Not to be rude or anything, but I find UR to be kinda inaccurate. Some minor league teams have players that aren't even on the team for reals. There like in Rookie ball or Low A.

I know on my rosters set (based off v2.35) for the most part i just want the right players on the right organization. If Craig Hanson is at A or AA isn't that important to me to start. Maybe i am in the minority but i don't think having the Cardinals AA team's ( for example) exact lineup right is a big deal when it could change the very next day. There like in Rookie ball or Low A. I'd much rather have young highly rated prospects in the game than some bum that's never going to make the majors, remember EA put the BA Top 100 prospects in the game (under false names) and quite a few of those guys are in low-A. Added with no DL facility or 40-man roster there is no way to make the rosters 100% "accurate"

pip07
Here is a very minor detail for the Cubs but is has been bugging me for a while. Give Michael Barret (CHC) facial hair 7 He has been sporting his goatee for a while but in the game he's got nothing growing on his face. I can't wait for 2.53, Totte
NYYKing
great job guys! suggestion for batting rotation of the Yankees: Jeter Cano Sheffield A-Rod Matsui (LF) Giambi (DH) Posada Martinez (1B) Williams (CF) Womack rarely gets to start these days, and he's normally used in pinch run situations. Matsui normally plays LF, and Bernie still plays CF on the majority of days (sometimes switched with guys like Crosby) Also, I was wondering if you guys can increase Giambi's ratings considering he's been red hot in the past month and doesn't look like he's slowing down soon. by the way, is Wang assigned to minor leagues in 2.52? didn't see him in the major league squad. thanks!
