The new 2.54 will be released tomorrow (Sunday) and 3.0 on September 1st.

I'm sorry that I haven't been around to reply to the posts the last few days. I've had some busy days at work...

will 3.0 have more of the recent drafted rookies added?

Craig Hansen and Jacon Ellsbury of the Red Sox will be in it as they're already added in the 2.54 due for release. I don't know yet about the other teams...

I have three years invested in a red sox dynasty, I would like to update the rosters. Can I do this without losing my stats?

How?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but it's not possible. The only way for you to update the rosters is to start a new dynasty.

Year 3 of a Red Sox dynasty, I'm just curious since I'm a BoSox fan myself - can you please post your team? Has there been a real breakout player from the minors dominating at the MLB-level in year 3?

Looking forward to the update! I'll watch the Tigers-Jays game tonight and I'll post any last minute changes you may need to make.

You've got to have Chris Shelton up with the Tigers from AAA...that's a must. I haven't looked at his ratings but his default ratings don't do him any justice for what he's done since he was called up earlier this season. Dmitri Young's batting stance looks like it needs to change also...I'll take a closer look at it tonight. A few other guys are going to have to be called up and sent down to the different levels of the farm system. I'll look into that tonight also. Since you're going to make another update at the end of the month, there's no hurry to make sure everything is perfect. I might hold off on playing a new dynasty until version 3.0 comes out.

How do I post my team? Actually, my roster is pretty close to the 05 team. Alvarez and ramirez are the only two minor league players to join the majors.

Is there a way that I can upload the minor league roster and still keep my dynasty? I really want to play with papplebon, hanson, pedroya(sp?) etc.

suggestion...up mcann and francouer's rankings in contact and power to the high 60's/low 70's. a bit higher for francouer though. those two have been doing awesome since their call ups.

also, demote tony pena, to my knoldge, he's not on the big league roster, and replace him with francouer.

also, burroghs has been demoted, fick promoted.

Here ya go, Totte...updated MLB, AAA, AA rosters and a few player changes that I noticed from tonight's game. Since you're going to do another update on September 1, I'll wait until then to give the updated A roster. Lakeland is basically all of the players you had in the Tigers organization who I didn't include on the MLB, AAA and AA level. I'll look for more player updates in time for 3.0. The minor league rosters, rotations, and lineups aren't exactly as they are at this moment...injuries and call-ups also cause them to change. I put Higginson and Vina in the minors since they've been out all year. The Tigers roster is pretty much what it is now...currently Guillen, White and Percival are on the DL and Pena, Granderson, and Darensbourg are up from AAA.

You're very welcome. I hope this doesn't delay the release of 2.54. I'm sure a lot of people are eager to download it today. Like I said, I'll keep an eye on the minor leagues between now and when you release 3.0...Lakeland's roster is going to need a little bit of tweaking. I'm sure a few guys will need to change levels and you might have to create some new guys. I want to help you make this as realistic as possible. I appreciate you letting me contribute to this project.

^^put them on the AAA bench.

You know the Cardinals better than I do but wouldn't you rather keep those guys on the MLB level. I'd think most people would prefer to play with Rolen and Sanders than some of the guys you have on the bench. When they're healthy, they're starting players. I put the injured players for the Tigers in the minors only because they haven't played all season. I'd still keep all of the everyday players on the MLB regardless. That's just me...more power to you.

All injured MLB-players stay on their MLB-team. There are no such thing as a rehab-assignment in my rosters.
