deadballfan
That's not in my plans It is possible to make everyone a year older using Global Edit in MVP Edit. I used a criteria of birthday greater than 1/1/1900 so every player would get grabbed then I used the static dropdown and -365 for a value. The only snag is leap year. Players that have a birthday within a year later of any February 29 will have their new date off by one day. If roster users could live with that, it'd take about 30 seconds to make the change. If the dates need to be perfect, I should be able to come up with a system that takes an extra day back around every leap year. Either way, the change would be done once and then just make the birth year one year earlier for any new created player.

A year older means a little difference in sttributes and it sounds as if all you would be doing is fooling the system.

rossmac7
I altered the "Ichiro" startup screen. I removed the "Team Rosters Current as of..." and just replaced it with "Team Rosters for MVP 2006" and added an MVP 2006 logo. This was just a "quickie" but I was tired of seeing roster dates that had no value to them http://www.mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=2669.html

cybernetic
I read an article about a week ago stating that Batista would probably be moved back to the rotation if the team were able to add B.J. Ryan. Any word on this as of late? Yeah JP said that but lately he's also said they are shopping him and a trade of him for Kevin Mench is possible. Ted Lilly is also likely to be traded soon.
