Here is a link to this year's 6 year minor league free agent list:

http://www.minorleaguebaseball.com/app/mil...y2006/index.jsp

I know that sending all these players to the free agent list would severly distort the current roster but it should come in handy when making transactions and needing to release a player to free up a spot. Most of these players tend to sign with another organization, play overseas or disappear from baseball altogether; the first option is the most frequent.

It's really a shame that MiLB.com don't list what happened to the player like the MLB.com free agent tracker does, whether they signed with another team or retired etc.

Sweet! Thank you - I've been looking for a list like that for over a month :)

Mets.com confirmed the trade with Seo and the Dodgers, Boone signed a contract with it. It's all on Mets.com

I'll do the Boone signing for UR 4.72...

Any word on the financial terms of the contract?

If added to the 40-man roster, the 36-year-old Boone would get a $1 million salary and the chance to make $500,000 in performance bonuses, a fraction of the $9.25 million he earned last year.

I'm pleased to announced that kraw has solved the Batting Mini Game crash issue and that a 4.72 version with this fixed and the Boone signing will be released later tonight.

I think you all should thank kraw big time for his efforts. I'm forever grateful :)

Thank you!

What was the problem?

Phillies signed Ryan Franklin to a one-year, $2.6 million deal.

Tigers sign infielder Ramon Santiago to a Minor League deal.

Florida signed RHP Kerry Ligtenberg to a Minor League contract.

Dan Kolb resigned with Milwaukee and is now their setup man.

Chicago Cubs signed OF Marquis Grissom, INF Augie Ojeda and OF Michael Restovich to Minor League contracts with invitations to Spring Training.

San Diego signed RHP Dewon Brazelton to a one-year contract; signed C Todd Greene to a Minor League deal with an invitation to Spring Training.

Texas signed RHP Joselo Diaz and LHP Brian Anderson to Minor League contracts with invitations to Spring Training.

Pittsburg signed C Paul Chiaffredo to a Minor League contract.

All copied and pasted from MLB.com's transactions page.

What was the problem?

It was just an error or a glitch when exported from MVPedit.

it is not a fix for any roster. If another roster has the same problem, you would have to comb through the roster and check it VS a working version of the same roster to find the error.

I used 4.6 VS 4.61 and it was a misplaced comma (missing)

Padres signed estes to a 1mil 1 YR deal and Lima to a 1.7M 1 YR deal

Padres GM Kevin Towers yesterday denied a report the Padres had signed Jose Lima, calling it "nonsense."

Well, someone is obviously lying. We found it hard to believe the Padres would really guarantee Lima $1.7 million. Maybe he'll end up in Japan after all.

Nice

I was looking for info on that deal 'cause I didn't know whether or not to add him to the Padres starting rotation. Guess I'll hold for a while 'til we get something official out of Mr.Towers.

What's in the plate for 4.72? Updated transactions, the crash fix and what else?

The Pittsburgh Pirates signed right-handers Brandon Duckworth, Scott Strickland, Marty McCleary and Nerio Rodriguez, southpaw C.J. Nitkowski and infielder Gookie Dawkins to Minor League deals on Thursday.

Looks like Ryan Madson on the Phillies will be in the starting rotation this year. On MLB.com, they have him as the 5th starter in the rotation.

Also, Victor Zambrano on the Mets is way to good. Might want to decrease his attributes a little bit.

That's about it. You've covered it all bro'

Sit tight though 'cause a very exciting 5.0 will be released soon, probably withiin a week. The new feature is still a secret but it's gonna be awesome :D
