5.2 will work with 06 right now (you will just not see all the cyberfaces)

to make it a true 06 roster you need up date 400 or so face IDs and age the players 1 year

kraw is right. I'v been saying that the new 5.2 won't work with the MVP06 project but it will. Sorry 'bout that. What I meant was that the new rosters wouldn't show all the cyberfaces in the models.big included in the project.

skill-machine. stop posting in this thread, as has been said before bitching and moaning and spamming about x-box rosters is not going to get them converted any faster.

So shut it. please.

Any progress in converting these great 5.2 rosters to xbox??? Not trying to be annoying-just anxious!!!

Please Hurry!!! :)

Also, keep up the good work!!!

Be patient, I need them for ps2 also but I'm not complaining. It's worth the wait, they have more important things to do.

Sorry if I missed something but I am guessing that the version released last night is still not the one compatable with big shmooze's models.big, right? I installed it and everybody except the ones that had cfs from EA have their old generic faces. I read the notice about this in the first version released but I must have missed it in the updated one.

2 quick things...Im playin on xbox, when i go to edit Chris young who plays in Arizona (AAAorAA) his name comes out like when u try to edit jame brent cox, same exact thing. And the other thing is about the same person. I think Chris young should be a 4 star.

http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/5395268

Look at that...they have him as the 3rd best prospect.

Thanks...always great rosters.

Kyle Boyer of CHC-A was released June last year

I assume he's out of baseball as I can't find him playing independent ball anywhere

You could also add Matt Padgett from the FA list to Cubs AA or AAA since he's an NRI

Perhaps pitcher Mark Pawelek could be also added to CHC-A - I'll see if I can find a decent scouting report for you

Give Anthony Reyes a 2 seam fastball

Cardinals manager Tony La Russa and pitching coach Dave Duncan have Reyes working on a two-seam fastball this spring, giving him another look in addition to his four-seam fastball, curveball and changeup. Duncan and La Russa want Reyes to pitch down in the strike zone more often.

i have just 2 questions to this roster:

1. why is clemens with the astros?

Because there's no room on the FA-list and when the latest rosters were released, he still hadn't made up his mind about coming back last year.

2. why is sosa a free agent? he already has retired!

I didn't know he retired.

Will do

Funny thing, Pawelek's scouting report in the Prospect Handbook was the last thing I read last night before I went to bed. I decided to add him and now you come asking me to...=)

Does he have a player id assigned yet?

but didn´t you think, he is a more imoortant fa than some other players? so maybe you can delate the worst fa so you have room for him (in the final version on opening day)

I didn't know he retired.

i´m pretty sure that i read it on foxsports.com. im trying to find a source, just to be 100% sure

Mark Pawelek's id is 7677

and with Sammy Sosa he "retired" because the Nats wouldn't give him a million dollar guaranteed contract, but I'd keep him on the FA list for now, there's a chance (a very very small chance) that he could sign on as mid-season to a team that needs a overpaid egotistical cancer who strikes out three times a game. :)

ok. agree.

but i didn´t think he´ll come back at major league level.

but maybe you are thinking about the clemens-fa situation

now i´m going to work, c ya

I'll keep Sosa on the FA-list just as Hory said.

Clemens will be moved to the FA-list first thing when I get home from school this afternoon.
