thespungo, how did you install the rosters?

Just the same way I always have, opened up the .mbe in MVPedit, edited it, then exported it to the database folder.

Now I'm worried, because I was sure this problem had been asked and solved before...

Well now I'm really worried, Totte! I thought for sure this was a simple fix.

I've been trying it over and over to see if it was a one-time thing, but no matter what, there are duplicate Sweeney's in the draft.

thespungo, could it be the All-Star team? Maybe somehow he was moved to FA pool from the All-Star team. Just a thought, something to think about. Might want to check.

So even if he was moved to the FA pool from the All-Star team, how do I fix that so it doesnt happen everytime I wanna start a fantasy draft?

It doesnt do any good to sit around and think about it unless there is a solution...

Well spungo you could try moving him back in MVPedit...

There is no way to just "move him back in MVPedit."

Mike Sweeney appears twice in an MVPedit search -- once on the All-Star team and once on the Royals.

Mike Sweeney then appears twice in the game -- once on the Royals and once in the FA pool.

I was under the impression that this was a fairly common problem...

I think it's been mentioned before, but I'm not sure. I remeber something like this occuring as you do. Could it be somehow he was duplicated in the game?

Ugh, yes! He was obviously duplicated in the game, that's not the mystery here. What I would like to know is how to solve it.

So unless you have a solution, I would ask you to leave it to those who do. This bantering is getting me nowhere...

The review of my first career baseball game is up at our club site and I received some positive words.

"...Some things worth mentioning are Totte who played in his first game ever. He quickly turned two outs from his position at 3rd base and contributed with a solid defensive effort during the whole 9 innings of the game..."

:D
