Whats happened the last two days...

Baltimore Orioles

Purchased the contracts of LHP Kurt Birkins and RHP Julio Manon from Triple-A Ottawa; Designated RHP Jim Brower for assignment and optioned RHP Eddy Rodriguez to Ottawa; Designated C Eli Whiteside for assignment.

Chicago White Sox

Signed RHP Jeff Nelson to a Minor League contract and sent him to extended Spring Training.

Cincinnati Reds

Placed OF Cody Ross on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 29, with a bruised left pinky finger; Recalled OF Chris Denorfia from Triple-A Louisville; Gave INF Tony Womack his unconditional release. He was designated for assignment on April 24.

Cleveland Indians

Optioned RHP Brian Slocum to Triple-A Buffalo; Signed LHP Vic Darensbourg to a Minor League contract; Activated LHP C.C. Sabathia from the 15-day disabled list.

Colorado Rockies

Activated OF Jorge Piedra from the 15-day disabled list and optioned him to Triple-A Colorado Springs.

But what do you mean with that Neil Walker and Andrew McCutchen no longer are with the team? They're the organisations top prospects.

I didn't know kraw did that for PC. I've seen the Xbox conversions with the same package.

I guess it's a good thing but it takes like forever to compile after every update.

But what do you mean with that Neil Walker and Andrew McCutchen no longer are with the team? They're the organisations top prospects.

Yeah, as herky said McCutchen is with Hickory. Walker is nowhere to be found. Which usually means, if he is still with the orginization, that he is in extended spring training. Either way, both of them are not on the 25 man roster for any of the four clubs in Pirates orginization that are in the game, so thats why I put them in this category.

Mets signed first baseman Jose Offerman to a minor league contract.

From Rotoworld: "Just in case Julio Franco dies of old age? The Mets aren't going to be able to carry two pinch-hitters only capable of playing first base. Offerman isn't really more than an emergency option anywhere else these days."
