JoeyMcM93
You can modify dynasties with tywiggin's .dat exporter and importer. I don't know all the details of his progress, but take a look at the thread here: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...ewtopic&t=19322
juk34man
Hey, totte I love these rosters.... they are the best rosters since the high heat mods. Me being such a neat freak and wanting stuff to be so close to perfect, I had to get this off my chest.. I not flaming Im just making a suggestion here... Ok. there are too many position players that are rated low, I know that you guys have a formula with the pospects, but here is something to think about.... I've tested with the power rating and a 60 rated power in AAA will give you a bat icon making him a power hitter in the minors, when that player moves from the minors to the majors his icon is gone. So I m suggesting the lowest power rating for a known home run hitter should be 60 at least. I ve also notice during the season cpu teams wil carry all but one starting pitcher in there bull pen.... most of them are propects. I ve countered this by lowering all of the control on there pitches by ten from wat you have them set at. I ve notice that the game generated rookies pitchers have a low control, even the first rounders. I also set every young pitcher who is not on the 40 man roster stamina to 50 (only the SP's) they will still pitch 5-6 innings wwhen simulated....... thespungo
If you don't like UR, try kg's new roster when it comes out. He didn't say he disliked the Ultimate Rosters, he merely gave a good suggestion on how to improve them. It's a little tiring when everyone responds to some constructive criticism with "If you don't like it, then use something else..."
Totte
Hey guys! Just checkin in on you from the Azores. It´s really beautiful down here and the nature is amazing! I must say that I´m surprised that there hasn´t been more posts in the thread but I guess you guys have been sending me e-mails ibstead like I asked you to (I can´t check them until I get home on Monday). Like the cyborg I am, I´ve actually brought my BA 2006 Prospect Handbook with me on the vacation and I´ve made up around 30 CAP´s so far. They´ll all be implemented in the upcoming UR 6.6 that´s gonna be awesome. I really must say that I like the way these rosters are heading  Take care y´all :)

southside_hitmen
good point RedSoxFan, as long as you send it to him too, then there is no reason why you shouldn't post it here. Another White Sox overhaul coming soon from me.
southside_hitmen
Major Sox update again. Added Jeff Nelson to MLB, Montero to AAA. Tony Torcato in from SF AAA to AAA Charlotte, Cory Aldridge in from NYM AAA to AA Birmingham. Darren Blakely to AA, Mark Quinn to AA DL. Rob Mackowiak into MLB line-up vs. RHP for Anderson. Also look at Crede, Ozuna, Jenks, and Podsednik. I also completed the Class A Winston-Salem roster and added some Oakland edits at the bottom. Finally, since the Sox have 108 players on the officiall roster I posted some suggested moves to knock the roster size down to 100. It is located after the Winston-Salem info. Not perfect yet, but a very good start. Chicago White Sox Team Edits Players No longer with Organization RP – Armando Almanza (AAA) RP – David Sanders (AAA) LF – Roosevelt Brown (AAA) SS – Felix Martinez (AAA) 1B – Brad Fullmer (AAA) LF – Ben Grieve (AAA) 1B – Bucky Jacobsen (AAA) SP – Josh L. Freddy Garcia -> PERFECT! Jon Garland -> Since beginning of last year fastball has had a sink to it, which is what turned him around and made him so effective. Might want to change pitch trajectory for his FB to 12-6 drop. Don’t give it a ton of movement though as somedays it is “on†and sinking and somedays it’s flat. I would put it at 2-3 for movement. Bobby Jenks -> Wt 280, Black Glove, Also his curveball regularly registers anywhere from 84-87 miles an hour, so I think it should be bumped up a bit from the current 80 mph. I would also bump-up the movement on it but lower the control. D-Unit
is it possible to automatically put players on the DL when you download UR?
maxbjr
Having players starting on the DL would require having a sav file with them on the DL. You'd need tywiggens import/exporter, start a season with the new UR, use the the import/exporter, move player to injured list & DL, save season without any games being played. Then people would need to use tywiggens dynasty changer to select what team they want to play and resave again with the team they want. It's possable, just a few extra steps. If this sounds alittle vague, sorry, you'd need to read tywiggins instructions for his import/exporter, he explains it alot better then I can here :)
