southside_hitmen
Wow, what the heck are the Brewers thinking with that deal. I hope he never makes it to the MLB team. I was wondering the same thing.
Totte
He is coming up for Esteban Yan who was on the MLB roster, Totte, not because of an injury. Why not? Link: http://losangeles.angels.mlb.com/NASApp/ml...t=.jsp&c_id=ana Didn't know that. I thought it was injury related. My bad. I'll fix this right away. Thanks soutside and JP. Rabbit4Heisman
What's the best thing to do with players on the DL? Leave on MLB team or send them down?
Totte
What's the best thing to do with players on the DL? Leave on MLB team or send them down? Depends on the player. If he's an established MLB player, I'd like to keep him in the majors but if he's a rookie, I'd likely send him down to AAA (or AA depending on his potential)

D-Unit
i just realized that in 6.5, francisco liriano of the twins doesnt have a slider in his pitch arsenal. whassup wit dat? EDIT: in my free agent list, al leiter, sammy sosa, raul mondesi, kirk reuter, and others are still on the list when they are all retired. EDIT AGAIN: Tino Martinez retired too. If that's the case, the rosters haven't been installed correctly. Sammy Sosa is still in he FA-list 'cause he's not officially retired yet but Rueter and the other guys should be long gone. cybernetic
Jays move: RP Connor Falkenbach (High A) promoted to AA IF Eric Arnold was placed on the DL to make room for him -Falkenbach is not in UR 6.5 so you don't really have to do anything

cybernetic
No I have no idea but I can tell you that most of the guys you have on the Jays A (Dunedin) team are not in High-A.. most of them are in Low-A or SS.

I aware of that. It's mainly because I used the BA Prospect Handbook on the guys I've added. I'd love to add some ooher guys but I need a CAP for them (or know what pitches they throw). D-Unit
If that's the case, the rosters haven't been installed correctly. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have tried it again, and for some reason, the guys kep showing up there. I do what it says, I put the .dat files in the MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder like it says, nothing else. and the retired guys keep showing up, and clemens is on the astros. Royal Blues
I had a similar problem to that last year. What I did was put the original .dat files (from the disc) back into the database folder, then replace it with the one I wanted to use. That solved the problem.
