cybernetic
some pitching adjustments: Halladay's sinker sinks down and in to right-handers so 2-8 should be a good trajectory and 93 velocity Lilly's velocity needs to be tweaked: 4-seam 92 cutter 90 2-seam 90 curve/change leave the same Chacin throws too hard in UR 6.5 as well: 4-seam 90 cut & sinker
hightower
la dodgers pitcher scott elbert throws 4 pitches- fb, curve, change, and slider. i think he's only throwing 3 on ur 6.5. here's a scouting report: About his secondary pitches. I graded his changeup with plus command tonight and he threw it for strikes 90 percent of the time tonight which made his fastballs unhittable! The Daytona Cubs hitters were off balancce and clueless against Elbert tonight like so many others I've seen against him in this league. His curves were Very Effective tonight and used as outpitches for about half of his strikeouts. I graded his curves plus tonight also. He also threw Very Effective sliders tonight in mid 80s with a couple clocked at 86-87.I can see why earlier reports may reflect that in the area of slurves because he has just started showing the mid 80s slider and his curveball is about 5-7 MPH slower and is a tight spinning true curveball with late break at about 80MPH. and also, i saw a couple of pages back that clayton kershaw had not signed yet. he actually has signed and is playing for the gcl dodgers. i know that he's not going to be in 7.0, but i thought i'd pass the info along. herky
Another suggestion you mind want to look into is to change Cubs 2B Freddie Bynum's first postion to LF, and put his second as 2B. He's listed as a OF on the Cubs roster, and has played in 13 games in LF, the most of any position this year. I think he has only played in 1 game at 2B. Before he got hurt he was giving Matt Murton rests in LF.
x63
I doubt too many draft picks make it. There just isn't enough room in the roster. You can however take the mbe he puts up for download and replace some of your players with draft picks. It isn't all that difficult.
metalboy15
if you get a scouting report on them Most important Yankees Draft Picks: 1st Round (#21) (RHP) Ian Kennedy (USC) [12/19/84] Height: 6-0 / Weight: 195 2005 Stats: 2.54 ERA - 117 IP - 85 H - 38 BB - 158 SO 2006 Stats: 3.90 ERA - 101.2 IP - 100 H - 36 BB - 102 SO Scouting Report: Fastball sits at 88-92 with good movement along with a plus curve and change. This combined with very good command could make him a #2 or #3 starter in the future. Was expected to be a top 10 pick coming into the year. 1st Round (#41) (RHP) Joba Chamberlain (U Nebraska) [9/23/85] Height: 6-2 / Weight: 230 2005 Stats: 2.81 ERA - 118.2 IP - 91 H - 33 BB - 130 SO 2006 Stats: 3.93 ERA - 89.1 IP - 84 H - 34 BB - 102 SO Scouting Report: Three plus pitches, a fastball that sits 91-93 and can get up into the high 90s, a hard slider, and a sinking change. Has fairly good command. Projects as a #1 or 2. 8th Round (#254) (RHP) Dellin Betances (Grand Street HS) [3/23/88] Height: 6-9 / Weight: 215 Scouting Report: Huge, projectable righty from the Bronx. When mechanics are right, FB sits in low 90s, 10-4 knucklecurve (75 mph) and sinking change (83 mph). Needs to refine his mechanics as his velocity fluctuated during his senior year. 9th Round (#284) (RHP) Mark Melancon (U Arizona) [3/28/85] Height: 6-2 / Weight: 215 2006 Stats: 2.97 ERA - 39.1 IP - 34 H - 15 BB - 52 SO Scouting Report: Probably the top closer prospect in college baseball before his injury. When healthy, fastballs at in the 92-95 range with good life along with a excellent curveball.
thr33niL
Hard to project Chamberlain and Kennedy as TOR pitchers in the bigs when the reason the Yankees where able to nab them so late in the first round was due to poor 2006 seasons. They have some upside but hard to say ANYONE out of this draft is a potential #2/#3 pitcher save for Miller and Hochevar. There is certainly no one in this draft that projects to be a #1 starter. cybernetic
Thanks, I just added him to the Dunedin Blue Jays roster. What number is he wearing? Sorry in the delay in responding to this, he is #21 in the Dunedin roster.
cybernetic
Also add #39 LHP Daryl Harang to the Dunedin roster.. all of those relievers in 6.5 are not with the team other than really Justin James so anyone of them can be replaced: Ht: 6-2 Wt: 215 Position: RP Bats: L Throws: L Date of Birth: 11/9/1982 He has a full beard, dirty blond hair and is the brother of Reds pitcher Aaron Harang. Fastball 91 slider changeup He typically throws in short relief so maybe 40 stamina is good. He's no more than 2 star at this point though. He doesn't seem to have the stuff to be a major league pitcher at this point.
drkazo
Create Evan Longoria for Tampa Bay as he's on the Visalia Oaks roster. For MLB 1st round draft picks go here, http://www.freewebs.com/2006mvpdraftcaps/1stroundpicks.htm
x63
Like I already said... The rosters are full, so almost all the draft picks probably won't be made until they are in upperA/AA ball, not the rookie league. As far as something that needs editing. Beckett: FB velocity 95 > 97 CHG Trajectory 10-4 > 2-8 Delivery Schilling > Schmidt Nixon: Batting Stance Fullmer > Crouched That's all I noticed really... BTW, the delivery change. It's because Beckett doesn't lift the glove above his head, and if you watch his follow though, he has a violent delivery in which he ends up falling off a lot more than Schilling. Schmidt's delivery is almost perfect, none of the others are as close.

MancrushOnNomar
Carlos Marmol (Cubs AA West Tenn. Diamond Jaxx) is listed as L/L, but he's actually R/R. He's shown some success this year at the big league level, so I'd up some of his stats.
tejdog1
Oh, hey, Totte, remember when you told me to install EA Patches 3 and 5? I just did that tonight I kept forgetting, sowwie. But the problem still remains. I tried to edit Victor Diaz using UR 6.5 Plus, and it crashed the game. Sorry for being such a pain :(
