Hey Houston, I really appreciate the help, but could you maybe just send me links? That'd make things easier. Thanks!

Also, I recoginize the format of your first paste: looks like its from minorleaguebaseball.com---the problem with those rosters, is that they aren't up to date. They simply list players who played with that team last season and haven't gone anywhere else this season, like I'm pretty sure Bubba Trammell is retired.

Houston, I have to admit, I was starting to wonder about you, posting some of the same info several times and not knowing who Mark McLemore was LoL, but this site you found is really awesome and should be a LOT of help. Thank you!

Wow... Great progress... these are really coming along nicely. Will there be another update before Opening Day or are you going to wait until you get all of AAA done regardless of if its before or after?

You caught me Hyp. But this was a little of the overlap i was talking about.

Please look at page 51 at the very bottom. In that post, there are three players named you haven't created yet.

6) Brooks Conrad

7) T. Self

9) Wandy Rodriguez

need one more, but will do later

While your there, could do a quick move w/ Bucholz (since it's official) if you haven't already (didn't see it in readme). See that post for suggestion. We should now be on same page. Slowly but surely.

Hey guys thanks for the nice comments.Hey Hyp do you mind doing me a favor and see if you could atleast doing something about roy oswalt face and john franco...I know that rafeal palmeiro would be a good face for franco...I just hate that ROY OSWALT FACE.

I downloaded a roster that lets you look at the faces ,So if i can find a good one can you see about changing that for me and not wanting it to crash or anything would be the other thing,I probably could go thru the faces and find a really good one for franco.

Scranton “realsâ€

1) Carlos Ruiz-C

Specs & pic: http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/team/player....layer_id=434563

Scouting: “…His raw power emerged…projects as a .250 hitter capable of delivering 20 Hrs in a season. Defensively, Ruiz shows an above average arm, quick feet and strong lower half…At AAA in 2005, will be a step away from backing up Lieberthal…â€

2) Keith Bucktrot-RHP (SP)

Specs & pic: http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/NASAp...layer_id=430578

Scouting: “…can fire his fastball up to 95 mph, and it regularly reaches 90-93 w/ sinking action…his slider bites so hard it also can be considered a plus pitch. His changeup is also solid.. But poor command and mechanics…has worked to hone his command at the expense of his ability to strike out batters…He’ll move to AAA…â€

3) Eude Brito LHP (RP)

Specs & pic: http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/NASAp...layer_id=434560

Scouting: “fastball consistently hitting 95-96 mph…posted 61-28 K/BB ratio while using predominantly fastball and slurvy slider….The sinking, tailing action on his fastball should give righties fits as well, and he can show a changeup when needed.Once he hones his command-no reliever should walk a batter every other inning- Brito could be used as a 2-3 inning arm out of the bullpen. He could work out of the AAA pen or get shot at Phillies…â€

4) Juan Richardson-3B

Specs & pic: http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/NASAp...layer_id=425494

Scouting: “…Phillies are willing to accept high K totals because of his 30 HR potential…trying to get arm strength back (since torn labrum). When healthy, it’s average, just like his overall defensive play…will move to AAA in ’05…â€

5) Robinson Tejeda- RHP (SP)

Specs: http://sports2.chron.com/chron/baseball/player.cgi?4707

pic: http://berksphilliesfans.blogspot.com/2004...ns_archive.html (halfway down)

Scouting: “…improved command of his fastball, which frequently touched 94-95 mph. His curveball command varied, and the pitch was flat at times. Command and keeping his average changeup lower in the zone remain the keys to his future…moves up to AAA this season…â€

6) John Castellano-C, Util.

Specs & pic: http://cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/players/playerpage/292401

Scouting: “John Castellano has been the definition of a utility player this season for the Reading Phillies, as he has played games in the outfield and at catcher and third base since being promoted from Single-A Clearwater in May.â€

7) Jorge Padilla- LF

Specs & pic: http://cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/players/playerpage/284627

Scouting: two years old but best I could find: “A third-round choice in the 1998 draft, Padilla is starting to flash signs of his potential power. Despite having 55 less at-bats than 2000, he hit five more home runs while raising his walk total and decreasing his strikeouts. Last season, he homered once every 22.4 at-bats, the second-best ratio in the circuit. Padilla also made strides on the basepaths, as he nearly tripled his stolen base total from two years ago with 23 on 29 attempts.

The 22-year-old native of Puerto Rico, Padilla uses a muscular lower body to generate his power. The 6-2, 200-pounder also has good foot speed which he uses equally well on the basepaths and in the field. He has worked hard recently to become a solid outfielder and has an above-average arm.†Taken from: http://www.usatoday.com/sports/baseball/ph...es/prospect.htm

8) Danny Sandoval-2B

Pic: http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/NASAp...layer_id=435501

Stats: http://www.cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/players/playerpage/225437

9) Chris Coste-C, 1B

Specs and pic: http://sports2.chron.com/chron/baseball/player.cgi?2126

Interesting answer in interview:

Al: Your minor league offensive stats are outstanding for a catcher, why do you feel you haven't got a chance in the big leagues?

Chris: This is the million dollar question!!!!!!! My only thought is that I did not break into organized professional baseball until the age of 27. Also, I believe that playing other positions has also hurt me a little bit…this seems strange, but let me explain: I am primarily a catcher but I can also play first and third base as well as anyone. So in the past, the Indians organization decided to carry other catchers and let me play everywhere. Rather than keep the other less talented catchers on the bench, they played me elsewhere and let the other catchers catch. In addition, I have always hit well, so the idea is that since I can hit and play a lot of positions, I can’t possibly be a good defensive catcher, which is ridiculously far from the truth. I can catch the ball as well as anyone, I block the ball very well, and my arm strength is above average. And more importantly, the pitchers have always loved throwing to me on every team I have ever been on. Lastly, the Indians were always comfortable with what they had, and since they started losing in 2002, Chris Coste was the least of their worries!†taken from: http://www.albethke.blogspot.com/2004_02_0...723946989954518

10) Dan Giese-P

Specs and pic: http://sports2.chron.com/chron/baseball/player.cgi?3044

This guy is good ( I just don’t know what he throws)

“Dan Giese: The other co-Pitcher of the Year, for obvious reasons. Went 12-5 with a 2.81 ERA, and the coaching staff called on him for two or three innings pretty much every time they had a chance to win in August. Phillies were foolish to not give him a September call-up. GRADE: A-“

ALREADY CREATED

11) Franklin Perez-RHP (SP)

Specs & pic: http://sports2.chron.com/chron/baseball/player.cgi?3540

Scouting: throws hard

Need 3 more. Will continue to look, but any Philly fans out there know some “career†AAA players at Scranton. These are all the “hottiesâ€

I think it would be an idea to just wait for opening day and get AAA and AA done and work on the miner kinks.I dont think A ball shoould be done really because dont in dynasty they disaappear anyways from the draft or after one season of play? and besides didint last years game just have AAA and AA? I mean really does anyone really pay close attention to A ball? Most people wont even notice whos even in there minors except for a few die hard gamers.I bet most of us only know a few in AAA.So lets just get the AAA and AA done perfectly then everyone then decide If even A ball is even worth the effort.

Yeah it makes the most sense to wait until Opening Day.. especially since we're not far away as it is because it saves you from having to worry about the conversions (for consoles) when all the rosters are set for Opening Day. I was just trying to find out what direction you guys were wanting to take.

Im not sure because I cant check at the moment but do you have these 2 for scranton.

59 Trent Pratt R/R 6-2 210 08/25/79

76 Jim Rushford L/L 6-1 220 03/24/74

EDIT: Pratt is a catcher and rushford is an outfielder.

Oh, gosh I have been neglecting my phillies and it shows. The only person I have made so far is greg golsen, lol.

Most of the top picks from last year's draft will be playing in Double A anyway, so that helps. Not sure about guys like Matt Bush of the Pads, he might be starting in A ball but people like that can be created individually if single A isn't in the cards.

Great work fellas, these are truly impressive.

I see the link to "ThePerfectGame on the first page of the thread but there have been plenty of posts since March 8th when the thread says the files were updated. Where can I go to download the latest updated rosters with these minor leaguers added?

abacus-

I can buy Jim Rushford playing in Scranton (AAA)

http://cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/players/playerpage/225434

but Trent Pratt will be playing in Reading (AA). He hasn't played above A ball.

http://cbs.sportsline.com/mlb/players/playerpage/479068

There were a whopping 14 fakes on Scranton. That's 12 we've come up with on this page. I'm looking as we speak...
