JoeyMcM93
Totte, I know you don't like tweaking with rookie ratings, but do you think you'll possibly increase Andre Ethier's contact ratings?? He hasn't had that many at bats, but from the 229 at bats he has had, he looks like he's a pretty solid hitter. He IS a solid hitter. He was the best A's prospect until he was traded, but I'm liking Bradly.
ChicagoCubs720
Totte, Iztuirs will play SS. Hendry and Baker have made it pretty clear that he will. So Izturis at SS, and Cedeno at 2B. it looks like I didnt do my homework on Izturis, he is a better fielder than Cedeno. there is an article that says Baker will play Izturis at SS. cybernetic
Izturis is a gold glove caliber SS.. his hitting is just not great.. he's only about a.250 career hitter with almost no power
daniel80111
Izturis has amazing fielding skills. I enjoyed watching him play defense for us. But I am so GLAD he's finally traded. His hitting was just pathetic. Maybe he'll start turning it around over in Chicago. He was just wasting Betemit's spot for us.
sfgiantsflgators
Damn, oh well. I'm not liking these Dodger moves...We could be in trouble sfgiantsflgators. nah, i'm not too worried about the bums. as daniel pointed out in a post a couple pages back, they haven't really done much that's overly impressive. they got maddux - who, short of his 5-0 start, has been average. they gave away guzman (woohoo!) for lugo - and while izturis normally can't hit, the son of a ***** can field and doesn't seem to have much trouble sticking it too the giants. all in all, i think the dodgers lost today. now if the giants could win a goddamn game, and benitez would stop throwing pure ****, we'd have a pretty good chance at staying in this thing. Alright man, I'll go with you on this one. They better win the West atleast since they've been trading away all their prospects to have one last run with Barry. Next year, when everyone is gone, I will be surprised to see them win 65 games.

tejdog1
It's like the other 29 teams do not pay attention. Arwomando Blowitez ALWAYS BLOWS UP in big spots. I lived through 2000 Game 1, the 2 games in Atlanta in 2001, the 1999 NLCS Game 6, countless games versus the Phillies. And now I sound like Chris Russo. LOL. Just so this post isn't complete and utter nonsense, Lastings Milledge will be called up and Willie the reject is going to [naughty word] platoon him with Endy [naughty word] Chavez!!!!!! Guest
Dan Haren: Increase about 5-8 points on that spliter of his. Thats mainly his out pitch along with the 4-seem. You can take out a bit on his "slurve."
Betokid
I know I'm just going to sound like another huge butt kisser, but I just really feel compelled to thank Totte and everyone who works on the roster update. Sure, a lot of people express their gratitude but there's also a lot of nasty, ignorant people who are always complaining and don't realize how much work and love go into the rosters. I also play NBA Live and the guy over at www.nba-live.com who does roster updates decided to stop doing them because he catches so much crap about it. So here's hoping that never happens with you guys. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow, download the update and start a Cubs dynasty! So, in conclusion...you all rock. :)
kgbaseball
That NBA guy's a wuss. He probably only has 1/10 of the players to deal with that MLB roster makers do!

So, in conclusion...you all rock. when i first came to this site, i helped out roster makers a bit with minor things (appearances, stances, minor leaguers, etc.) but had nowhere near enough time to contribute the time they and the rosters needed. just the little, mundane **** that goes into these things is incredible. every modder on this site deserves a hell of a lot of credit - every mod takes a **** ton of work and they all do a great job; but i believe that a roster set, especially for baseball and it's minor leagues, that is as in-depth as this one has to be the most demanding - and Totte is a freakin beast at this project. when he gets done with his trade-deadline release, he really needs to take a goddamn break, go to a titty bar or something. here's to you Totte! :pals:
JoeyMcM93
I miss those NBA roster updates from Andrew. Hopefully they will return for the 07 game! Back on topic, how's the roster Totte? Ahhh, ANOTHER ORGASM! Tissue please.

Totte
I miss those NBA roster updates from Andrew. Hopefully they will return for the 07 game! Yeah, his updates are the best! Back on topic, how's the roster Totte? Ahhh, ANOTHER ORGASM! Tissue please. Haha, the roster is doing fine but it's resting now. Thanks to all of you guys, I was able to nail every single trade that went down last night and put them in the rosters right away. This pretty much saves me like 2 hours of work today and we've got a clear sky with a nice looking sun today + I've got batting practice tonight I'll do the last stuff in a couple of hours with my goal of having a release before I head over to practice at 4 pm (10 am ET).
