I'm dying to download the latest Ultimate Roster update but can't as I am not a contributor. Any idea when things will stabilize? Any other way for me to get the update? Can anyone help?

Thanks for all of your wishes and kind words people. It's nice to know that my work is appreciated :hail:

It's raining today but I'm off to play our last doubleheader of the season to finish of our 2006 regular season. Word is I might be pitching for the first time in my career coming out out the bullpen. I usually play 3rd base as you know...

I'll post review of the games when I get back around 2 pm ET.

Enjoy the rosters folks!

In the newest release of Ultimate Rosters - Sean Henn & Russ Johnson - players with major league experience, have been deleted entirely.

They are injured, not retired.

Brian Bruney, Darrell Rasner, Koyie Hill, Terrence Long, other players with major league experience who were in older versions are also still missing.

Game 1 vs. Skövde Saints

Game was tied 5-5 and went to extra innings. We ended up winning by 6-5 after we managed to steal home :)

Played 6 innings and made some nice plays over at 3rd base. Had 2 AB's with 2 groundouts after two long AB with 10+ pitches thrown. I was called out at first the 2nd time but I felt I was clearly on the bag ahead of the 1st baseman. Oh well...

Game 2 vs. Skövde Saints

Terrible start by us and we were down 8-0 after 1 inning. We managed to get back in the game and was trailing 9-8 in the bottom of the last innings when my teammate hit a blooper into left field scoring runner from 3rd and 2nd.

I never had an at bat but made a nice play on a groundball hit against Short to retire the batter heading down the line to first.

I was named most outstanding fielder for the series after the games :)

Two great games with a lot of thrilling action!

The victories gave us at least the 2nd place in our league meaning that we'll have to play a qualifying series against some other teams in order to advance to the Elite Series, the highest level of play in Sweden.

Henn has been injured for most of the year and is back on the disabled list, most likely for the season. Johnson is also out for the year.

And for the 3rd time (I know you're more intelligent than this, Hory), all Yankees organisation changes should be sent to markb@mvpmods.com, not posted here. That is, if you have any suggestions or changes next time. :)

Congrats on the wins, Totte! :D

The consensus among modders and users including the man the charge of the rosters was that players with major league experience stay in the rosters, and do not get deleted unless they have retired.

That is the system used for the other 29 organisations, and should be used for the 30th.

The rosters are intended for dynasty use, not exhibition, so if you delete said players, they will never appear in a users dynasty.

I know you want this discussed behind closed doors because you have no reason to delete these players and going against the consensus here.

Please re-add the players.

so what are the chances of ever getting ps2 rosters again?

Follow the progress over at the TC Forums. If I'm not mistaken and correct me if I'm wrong, I read yesterday that kraw was doing them within the next couple of days.
