For the Phillies, Joe Thurston is now playing LF. IMO, it's his second position, because he played 2B all year at scanton.

I'll edit his position later tonight - thanks buddy!

I don't know if this has been addressed (in 7.2 it's not) but Orioles 3B Fernando Tatis' alternate position should be INF (none specified in 7.2), he's also made one start in RF in his career and it was this year for the O's so you might even go all the way to call him a UTIL

I'll put him at 3B/IF then  . Thanks

-_- WHY DO THE CARDINALS KEEP LOSING?

*plays madden*

They have a young promising team but not much more than that :)

Are they rated the worst team in the game?

I actually meant the STL Cardinals

But the Arizona Cardinals are also cool.

Got a question about MVPedit now that I'm at work and don't have access to the program. Is it possible to change the Rival teams for each organisation? I seem to recall you can but I'm not sure...

Not that I know of. Does Kraw know?

Maybe...I haven't asked him. My thought was that you might be able to change it if you click the Team button but maybe I'm wrong?

I was thinking about changing some rival teams if it was possible since the Red Sox has the Braves listed as a rival :?

I think you can, it has to do with intensity rating the team has for other teams. Every team has 3 teams they have a rating of 1 for, the rating seem to be 1 or 0. But I'd have to actually look at a team in MVPedit when I get home from work to be sure.

yes you can change the rivals in MVP Edit when you click on team->intensity

and i also think the devil rays should be a rival of the red sox, not the braves. what do you think?

I was thinking Blue Jays as they're closer to Boston on the map and playing better baseball than the Rays

well considering that i can only remember incidents with the devil rays (brawls in 2000 and this preseason, several ejections because pitches thrown at hitters...) i'd say the devil rays.

i don't know anything about 'bigger' incidents with the blue jays. if i'm wrong feel free to correct me

i think this kinda history results in higher intensity with each team, at least it's a factor for me

Thanks.

Would you consider him an upgrade over DiFelice as the backup?

I wouldn't go that far, Stinnett got a minor league contract so he won't be in the bigs just yet.

Devils Rays re bigger rivals with the Sox, because as u said the brawl in the preseason, and because the Sox can't beat the rays and it pisses them off.

Don't think I saw this yet so... Shawn Green is wearing #20 for the Mets & Guillermo Mota is still #59

Shmooz actually e-mailed me about Green but I did not know about Mota. Thanks :)

The Jays have signed C Craig Kuzmic to a minor league contract and assigned him to AA New Hampshire. He was playing in some independent league. He played last year on Washington's AA and AAA teams. He becomes the backup to Erik Kratz now with John Schneider on the DL (and Curtis Thigpen in AAA).
