cybernetic
Jays signed C Mike Dirosa to a minor league contract and assigned him to Dunedin (A+). He played last year on Arizona's AA team and has spent the last few years in their organization. I believe he was playing in an independent league for much of the year. He started on Saturday and went 0/3 wearing #27. Also Russ Adams has been recalled by the Jays.
RaptorQuiz
No I grew a brain and used MVPedit on the .mbe for v7.45: Preston Wilson is on the Astros and Jose Vizcaino is on the Fresno Grizzlies (Giants AAA). Am I somehow on crack, or is v7.45 not the most recent version, or did I misunderstand and your "no" meant that v7.45 didn't have the Wilson and Vizcaino moves implemented yet? Or maybe "no" was because I mis-typed and put "FA" for Vizcaino when I meant to put "FRE" for Fresno. lol.
cybernetic
Why  Hell if I know.. I think he's just a contingency guy in AAA. He apparantly has good stuff but no command so if they can figure him out they coudl turn him around.
cybernetic
Some AJ Burnett changes: He does not throw a slider so get rid of that. Also his 2-seamer should be a sinker. The Jays pitching coach was on Rogers Sportsnet today saying he mainly throws 4-seamer, sinker and curve. He mentioned a change as well but said he rarely uses it anymore. And his command needs to be raised.. it's been amazing this season especially on his 4-seam and curve.

cybernetic
Tom Mastny should be the Indians closer now and some velocity changes for him (using UR 7.2 as a base) fastball should be 89 (not 87) I didn't see a change so I'm not sure he throws one sinker probably go up to 87 if his normal fastball was 2 MPH harder before his curve is 78-79 (not 75) also they sent down Carmona

He just sits there and waits. lol. He's always on the ball.. maybe a little TOO on the ball. ...as for the Wilson/Vizcaino "issue" - it's definately not a big deal, I was just trying to make sure it wasn't ME missing something somehow. cybernetic
Well the Jays played the Indians last night so that stuff wasn't hard to find out and I just look at transactions lists on various MLB sites Cincinnati Reds Agreed with C Javier Valentin on a one-year $1.25 million contract extension for 2007 with a club option for 2008. Orioles activate 3B/OF David Newhan from the 60-day DL so he can now be put on the MLB team.

metalboy15
hey guys, I know im gonna get bashed for saying this but, could it be possible if all minors leaguers used high socks? (except for AAA), i´ve watched a lot of Thunder (Yankees AA affiliate) games and all the players (including the opposite team) use highs socks, there could be one here and there who don´t but for the most part they do. There is a button called GblEdit. you can choose between all mlb, all aaa teams... then choose in 'field' Socks and value Normal/Low (you've got to do that in 2 seperate steps), then add and below you choose Socks again and set value to high and Run! and there you'll go

DoubleD
Hello, I'm new here and just noticed this patch (Thanks a LOT for all those that have contributed to it ). Quick question though. I noticed that the Marlin roster (mostly all of their rankings) are very much out of date and I'm looking to fix them up. Is this the place to put it, or is there somewhere else I should post or somebody I should PM with the stats? Since this thread is well over 700 pages long I haven't really read it, so I'm not all to sure what I should do. :)
