DustinTheWin
The Red Sox are overrating Pedroia. And to let go of a great hitter and fielder like Loretta is the mentality that cost the Red Sox a playoff spot. pedroia is a BETTER fielder than loretta, his height might pose a problem but he is a quick guy and very athletic and he gets lots of hits over infielders heads that fall in, and on top of that he had great disipline like most red sox farm system players... kgbaseball
I agree that he'll be very, very good for a long time. I'd easily take him over Loretta for 07.

rolliefingers08
yeah, i figured i was home free once i got out of the early parts of the 2nd season, but i left my comp to run the season while i went out, and when i came home it was stuck on september. It's not 100% that I will even get to that point before I get bored and start over again... but I was hoping I would.

Totte
I tried out the rosters before releasing them by simming through a couple of seasons without a crash/freeze at all :? For the record, I don't have the 06 mod installed.

Tony3
I'm crashing to desktop now with the new rosters when i try to save owner mode. I found that the "manager.dat" in the newest UR 8.0 has been changed. Some managers have their column 19 "manager_reallife" set to 0. This will cause owner mode save crash as of EA's official 5th patch crash. I suggest you guys fix this tiny problem youselves. The step is to open the "manager.dat" with notepad, and change column 19 "manager_reallife" from 0 to 1 for the following managers: Sam Perlozzo, Joe Girardi, Jerry Narron, Buddy Bell, Joe Maddon, Jim Leyland, Grady Little. Be aware that you don't changes the values for Manager Default and A Manager. They are supposed to be 0, because these two are not real life managers. Thanks, enjoy your game and kudos on Totte.
silan72
Thanks Tony3. That fixed the saving issue, simmed 2 seasons so far with no freezing. Will sim some more later.
SwinginSoriano
Greinke 4 seamer is 94-96... He has improved his velocity since way back in 2004. Problem is he doesn't spot pitches anymore, making him ineffective.
TwentySeven
Frank Thomas' plate discipline should be improved five to fifteen points. Milton Bradley actually has a pretty strong arm, it should be mid seventies.

ryne100
Great rosters, I noticed a couple things though. Rickie Weeks is fast. Way faster then the 78 or whatever you have him. Corey Hart should have better power and contact as he is playing every day, currently he is an average AAA player. Zach Jackson has almost a Dontrelle Willis motion. Thanks guys everything else looks great
tejdog1
Oh yes, while I'm here (and remember!) Jacob Ruckle for the St. Lucie Mets also has a Dontrelle Willis windup. He throws upper 80s with nasty down movement.
