Emil
This is kinda old news, but the Giants have purchased the contracts of Billy Sadler and Pat Misch. I'm unsure about the money and years involded.

Totte
I want to know what you guys think about the recent transactions: Should they be added to UR 8.0 Final or do you want the rosters to stay the same as in the 8.0 Beta (with the exception for Cory Lidle)? Having the transactions up-to-date would crowd the FA-pool a bit more which is good and that'd help us get rid of some of those CPU generated players. I however feel that an update like that would be more of an off-season roster slated for like New Years than early november or something like that. Let me know what you think :)
ChicagoCubs720
DELETED stupid, idiotic, hijacking post that was brought on by loss of sleep. I'm going to sleep right now.
mj
Are your rosters going to have updated stats from this season? Also, I was playing a game with the Mariners before and Gil Meche's knucklecurve was breaking like a screwball.
krawhitham
I will get a working ps2 roster done by monday if it kills me (I'm test 15-20 rosters daily) Mainly because from monday to sunday I will be out of town, with no access to MVP
StEaLtHsHoT
Boston Red Sox RHP Kevin Jarvis, C Ken Huckaby, and INF Alejandro Machado and INF Carlos Pena have all elected free agency. Cincinnati Reds Acquired IF/OF Jerry Gil from the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for RHP Abe Woody. Kansas City Royals RHP Adam Bernero, elected his free agency. Totte
Are your rosters going to have updated stats from this season? If the current MVPedit version allows it. There was some talk about it not being compatible with the new type of databases from Lahman. Also, I was playing a game with the Mariners before and Gil Meche's knucklecurve was breaking like a screwball. ...and what do you suggest for a change? It was fun striking out a bunch with that pitch though haha.

JoeyMcM93
I think you should continue to update the rosters with the recent transactions Totte. If you don't, you could fall behind and miss some. Also, I personally want to aply with nw players the teams acquire, so I would continue to update them. Totte
A knucklecurve that breaks 12 to 6 not 1 to 7? That's what I was going for. Remember that I've not been born and raised with baseball and I've never faced a knucklecurve myself in a game. The pitchers over here only throws 4FB, 2FB, SLD, CRV, CHG and the occasional knuckler... I'll set it to 1:

It should be 12-6.
