You might have misunderstood me. The way the ball breaks now in this roster is 1-7. It should be 12-6.

Ah, okay. It's 8.53 am over here and I was up drinking last night so please forgive me :p

I'll set it to 12:6

Totte, do you know why every SP is an Ace in the rosters? I know that this can be changed with one of tywiggins' programms, so it's not a big deal at all. I was just wondering...

Don't know...

Thanks for your input.

Does anyone elese have any thoughts on this?

Yes, please keep updating. I wouldn't release another update until after the winter meetings, but at least you won't be behind.

Is the 8.0 UR version fixed for the ps2 system I downloaded but like everyone else it crashed on the 12th of April. Not being pushy just would like to start a dynasty ,and don't know if it will be fixed or should I just stay with the 7.o version? Thanks for your time

I would have liked to have seen one final '2006' season release with updated attributes based on 2006 stats with all the free agents intact and the 06 affiliates, then the next release could have all the free agency moves along with the affiliation changes too...

That's sort of what I was thinking too...

hey totte, i was looking at the scouting reports for some red sox minor leaguers and these players could use a rating upgrade

Jacoby Ellsbury

Scouting Report: Amazing athlete with a great work ethic. Ellsbury has consistently won awards for his defensive play in centerfield. He is extremely fast and knows how to run the bases (but does get picked off a little too often). Great on base ability. Decent gap power for a centerfielder who projects as a lead-off hitter. Has often been compared to Johnny Damon. Also said to be a team leader. Lettered and excelled in five sports in high school. Lives to play baseball.

MLB Comparison: Johnny Damon

Michael Bowden

Scouting Report: Bowden has an arsenal of four MLB caliber pitches: a low-90s fastball which tops out at 95, a 12-6 hard breaking curve, a tight slider, and a plus circle changeup. Bowden is said to be a workaholic and just loves to pitch - another player who just lives and dies for baseball. Very athletic. Absolutely dominated high school competition in 2005. Delivery is not as smooth as it could be. High ceiling.

MLB Comparison: David Cone

wow geez, excelling in 5 high school sports for ellsbury? sounds to me like a kid who went to a high school that supported either 2 sport seasons or played 2 sports in one season including summer. pretty damn nasty.

ALSO, I was watching the NLSC last night and i couldn't help but notice that carlos beltran's stance closely resembles kaz matsui's without the balance-stepping and pretty in between matsui's and lofton's. you decide though, my stances never seem to be as on-point as yours anyway. pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee keep up your excellent work totte. we'd be forced to fix our own rosters without you!!

I think the Beltran stance is just fine the way it is.

Thanks for the kind words about rosters. I'm not thinking about retiring yet though so there's no need for worries

Please don't ever mention Carlos Beltran and Kaz Matsui in the same thread. I've heard Spaz is contagious...

New York Yankees

INF Nick Green to has elected free agency, C Sal Fasano has elected free agency.

That's surprising for both of them. Fasano was getting really comfotrable there, he was kind of a "fan favorite", and nick green was hitting like almost .300 with the yanks, seemed he like it there too. oh, well. :offtopic:
