Totte
Sorry for not sending you the Cardinals yet Totte, I've been pretty sick since Sunday so I haven't really gotten a chance to look at them yet. Np, I've been busy with exams in school anyway. I have the weekend off for drinking beer so please send me the stuff later this week if you feel better :)

Surely you didn't do this manually? If so, then you're even more crazy than I thought, Did you seperate the 2006 career stats for players that moved teams during the year? e.g Greg Maddux, Bobby Abreu etc... And am I correct in assuming Tony3's 2006 player stats wil be integrated into the next release too?
Tony3
Well, my 2006 stats won't change hist.dat a bit. It's really hard to imagine how Kraw added stats to hist.dat. Amazing. I thought Kraw's gonna wait for 2006 Lahman stats. Anyway, I was thinking that 2006 stats might be added with Ty's .dat importer during Dynasty or Owner play. Guess that it's not necessary any more. Amazing, again. :balloons:

And am I correct in assuming Tony3's 2006 player stats wil be integrated into the next release too? I load a MBE in Access, exported "histb", which gives me the hitters from hist.dat in a text file. I then use tony3's hitting stats and put them in excel. I used 4 sheets. The 1st 3 sheets are bstats, lhbstats, & rhbstats, the 4th sheet combines the info from the 1st 3 and puts the info in the needed order. I export the 4th sheet as a csv file and add that file to the "histb" file I got from the MBE. I then import the new histb back into the MBE using access and POOF the hist.dat file has been updated

krawhitham
Tony3 did you include hitting stats for pitchers in you stats roster? I hope not because if you did I screwed something up. If not I have the hist.dat file done, for now

D-Unit
Totte, I thought maybe Yadier Molina deserves a slight defensive boost, especially the throwing arm. And would you consider him a 5 star caliber player now? Or should I ask Pujols about it?

The 4 he has now is too much, and his arm is at 95 which is good enough
D-Unit
I know he is a horrible contact hitter right now, but he is projected to be a great player.

That might be true but given time we'll see how he develops. As of now, I agree with kraw and I'll keep his ratings where they're.
abc006
well, he might not be a five star player, but he defenitely has four-star potential, i would day that's about right. his arm is what's most important, and his batting isn't too shabby either, it'll get better. i think the ratings for now are good, but don't make them lower. Hory
Five Star players are only meant to make up 1 or 2 % of the roster So you're saying Molina is one of the Top 50 players in baseball????!? I think 4 stars is a little generous myself, but I guess we can put that down to him being a young guy.

abc006
as i said, four stars may be a bit generous, but he's still young. and his most important aspect is his arm and fielding, he should win a gg this year.
