dowie
\ said: I'll be on Autumn Break from college all next week so I'm planning on doing a bunch of stored I've been storing up on my HD. As for the updated batting ratings, I've only been able to do a little bit by myself without that handy utility tool by kraw. Did you get my e-mail/PM about it kraw? Haven't heard from you on the subject... Talking about the versions and what will come... 1. The next version that'll be made available will feature the rosters from the 8.0 Beta along with some minor adjustments (ie RIP Cory Lidle). The new affiliation changes won't be implemented. This will be the last of the "2006" rosters. 2. A short time after number 1 you'll see a version really similar to that one but with the correct affiliation changes. 3. Then sometime within like the next 2-4 weeks, I'll have the first 2007-roster out with new stuff like Papelbon in the rotation, FA's released etc. (This is not a definite release) 4. Spring Training rosters will be out in late february with probable 2007 Opening Day rosters. I'm hoping for the same support as always guys when it comes to breaking down every single little move that your club makes. Post it in the thread or send me an e-mail to totte@mvpmods.com. Thanks and...enjoy what promises to be a great 2007 season!Am I missing something? I heard the 8.0 for the ps2 was done, but I still don't see where I can download it? Kccitystar
On a side note, not sure if this matters but Alex Rodriguez wears a black glove on the field as opposed to a brown one...
UncleMo
Totte, I sent you a PM. If you respond, will you quote it? I need a copy of it, and it is not in my sent box, so I can send it to Big Shmooz as an FYI PM to him. Gracias from the land of Mo.

sfgiantsflgators
\ said: Done - thanks If I missed a discussion earlier that proves me wrong, please slap me; but I thought secondary positions for people that only play one position a majority of the time were put at "None" so that they wouldn't show up in a weird position if they got traded by the computer. For instance, Molina - I think it's safe to say that he won't be playing first base any day soon unless half the Cardinals team gets the clap...and maybe not even then. (he's only played 1B 5 times in his career - out of 297 games...) Just thought I'd ask. :D

cubsfaninfla
Edmonds is debatable though...and it wouldn't be that much of a surprise to see him pop up at 1B possibly at the end of his career, plus, he's played 50 games there in his career. SwinginSoriano
Edmonds could crawl and still have more range than many outfielders. He doesn't get to the gaps with his blinding speed.
