Totte
http://www.eamods.com/index.php?name=Downl...e=details&id=20 I thought you were gonna wait until I finished the ratings overhaul? Thanks bro :hail:
Totte
San Francisco Giants Decline options on Steve Finley and Jamey Wright and bought out their contracts. So both are definite free agents now. Thanks mate
krawhitham
I thought you were gonna wait until I finished the ratings overhaul? Thanks bro :hail: I was going too, but Rzarector paid for half of the PS2, so he was going to get a copy early, and then people just bug the **** out of him for a copy so I just posted it
dowie
Ratings overhaul? We waited a very long time for this edition. How soon before the ratings overhaul is published. I assume to play with this set, unless it is almost done. I just don't want to wait til December to start a dynasty, but if I start with this one then it comes out in a couple days that would be frustrating. What's your take on this overhaul ratings project. Dowie

What's your take on this overhaul ratings project. Dowie See what had happened was that kraw's PS2 had fried during a power surge so that's why the PS2 users haven't seen a new roster in what seems like forever. It is also why we didn't get a 7.5 version. So I agreed to give kraw half of the money for a new PS2 so that he could continue with the conversions for the PS2. Now I believe that I was the only person who was going to get a copy of 8.0 but after people starting asking me for the roster through PM I requested that kraw make it available for everyone so it didn't seem like peeps were being sneaky about it. My guess for why kraw wasn't going to release the 8.0 version, and this is only a guess, is because the release of 8.1 probably isn't that far off, so instead of releasing 8.0 for the PS2 so late he could just release 8.1 together with the XBOX and PC versions. I think 8.1 is what Totte is talking about when he refers to a ratings overhaul. This whole paragraph could be completely wrong though. So in summation I think kraw was trying to avoid the PS2 users bitching about the release of 8.0 and 8.1 so close to each other by just waiting for 8.1. Again I could be totally off base with this. :rocklicker: EDIT: Another reason this roster was given to me was to check for problems with it. It would be great if people that downloaded this could do a little testing of their own. The roster is probably good to go but you know, just incase. Study for the double exams in Business Economics the week after that 3. Finish the real-life marketing campaign for a Travel Agency in Gothenburg 4. Write my english presentation about the city of Boston. 5. Bunch of stuff I've forgot about... 6. Here's probably a good spot for the updated, new rosters. I don't mean to sound bitchy and if it comes off that way, I apologize. Just wanted to let you know what I'm going through. Late november/early december probably seems like a good estimated time of release (just like I've said from the beginning) In other words, I think you're good to play it out with the version kraw was nice enough to release. Good luck on the dynasty!

maxbjr
Mets and Tom Glavine agreed today for a 2 year, 25 million (12.5 per year) contract today. Tom was on ESPN 1050 in New York saying how happy he was, getting the chance to finish what he started with the Mets. nutts55
have you ever given any thought to extending players with little to no service time? Guys who are not arb eligible. I will get some minor leaguers wanting too much money after a season in AAA. a middle reliever wanting 1 mil after a season in just AAA is too much. I don't know really but I guess it started way back when I first saw their home uni's. You know how when you were a kid you'd cheer for a team just because they had cool jerseys Anyway, I think that's how it started and then on top of that you had the classic ballpark, the Yankee rivalry etc.
Totte
Heh, I've always wondered about that, not specifically about people from Sweden, but about people from anywhere in the world Well that's another long story. My love for Dave and the band started back in 2001 when I was watching tv one night. Nothing good was on so I turned on VH1 to listen to some music. They had some charity event from Seattle going and Dave performed some acoustic songs. I was blown away and went out to buy a couple of DMB cd's. Today in 2006, I have all the cd's they've ever released, some bootleg material, bunch of posters, stickers, t-shirts, photos + the fact that I've been to the States twice just to see them. Been to a total of 4 shows (MSG x2 and Fenway x2). My friends over in the US have named me Sweden's no.1 DMB fan  I can't really answer your question Hory. All I can say is that I think you should go down to Aussie next spring and attend one of the shows (if they decide to come there). The energy of the crowd is absolutely amazing...
