Quote from Phillie website:

"That would mean a pitching staff of Jon Lieber, Randy Wolf, Cory Lidle, Brett Myers, Gavin Floyd, Billy Wagner, Tim Worrell, Rheal Cormier, Ryan Madson, Aaron Fultz, Terry Adams and Amaury Telemaco. Bullpen candidates Mike Bacsik and Geoff Geary have already been optioned. When Vicente Padilla returns in mid-April, he'll likely replace Floyd."

According to HypnoxXx injury rule:

Floyd needs to be demoted to AAA and Padilla put in 5th spot.

Also Amaury Telemaco needs to be made. Unless you have him somewhere other than Scranton or Philly.

Also Lieber and Wolf need to be swapped. Lieber's going Opening Day.

AF3141-

Don't mean to step on toes, but Drese and Rogers need to swapped. Drese is goin' Opening Day.

I promise this is the last time I try (This is my 4th post on Francisco). I promise. Quote is straight from Sporting News Ultimate Scouting Guide (p.108), available in the magazine rack of any Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc.

Frank Francisco

Throws: Throwing from a high 3/4 release point, he has a hard boring TWO-SEAM FASTBALL that tops out at 95 mph and a FOUR-SEAM fastball that tops out at 98 mph. His OUT PITCH IS A SPLIT FINGER, that dives and SOMETIMES acts like a slider with cut action...excellent late movement on his SPLITTER."

See STATS scouting for one more source: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/scouting?statsId=7327

I'm out.

theFatty-

The team website has different rotation and lineup than what is in rosters. Posted 4/1/05.

See here: http://cincinnati.reds.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/...sp&c_id=cin

In case someone's wondering, the posts for each team are made by different BEAT WRITERS on mlb.com (It's not the same guy sitting in an office making these projections, but writers in the dugouts talking to coaches)

Royals:

Many minor corrections. See these two sites for reference:

http://kansascity.royals.mlb.com/NASApp/ml...jsp&c_id=kc

http://kansascity.royals.mlb.com/NASApp/ml...jsp&c_id=kc

Need to change lineups and rotation. See 2nd site.

Pickering = DH/1B

Sweeney = 1B/ DH

Direct quote from 1st article (towards bottom):

"Marrero and Terrence Long will be platooned in left field. On the other side of center fielder David DeJesus, Matt Stairs will share time with Brown in right field."

Hyp use that to make LHP vs. RHP lineup changes and fielding changes

OK, I'm going to bed.

weird - apparently as I was typing my post, bbythepier put up a post about the Royals roster. so it just so happened we both put up posts about the Royals at nearly the same time. what's the chances of that, seriously? I mean, how many times do people talk about the Royals rosters on here? Maybe it's a sign that the Royals will rule this year! haha...and monkeys might flight outta my butt.

anyway, hopefully all that info on the Royals helps. thanks a LOT for using our information HYP/llmac. and thanks to bbythepier for posting info on the Royals.

We've had Oriole fans chime in with "their" projected lineup. But it doesn't match what a "beat writer" put on their website last night.

Check: http://baltimore.orioles.mlb.com/NASApp/ml...sp&c_id=bal

haha, and it's the exact same thing I posted. One change though, Bruce Chen has been named the 5th starter.

1) Lopez

2) Cabrera

3) Bedard

4) Ponson

5) Chen

The last 2 bullpen spots are down to Bauer, Witasick and Williams. It's more than likely going to be Witasick and Williams.

Couple of questions:

1.- I downloaded Terminator Korea's cyberfaces for Bonds and Millar. I tried to play the game without downloading the rosters and they still have the same generic faces. Do I need to download the rosters so they can show up?

2.- Are Player ID #'s and Faces ID #'s the same? I read days ago that Terminator Korea's Faces ID #'s didn't match or were different than the normal ones.

3.- If I download the rosters, download Hory's Portraits and all of Terminator Korea's cyberfaces, will everything be correct?(I.E no Bonds face on X player and no X player portrait on Y player).

THANKS!!!

no worries, Nate Dogg (and your monkeys). I'm an equal opportunity poster. Did you notice the one team that doesn't get hardly any playtime on this thread? You guessed it, The Yanks. This is the only thread on this site where you can say that. Hahahahahaha....

(watch MarkB or Y4L pop in here and crack the whip...)

Considering Lee Mazzilli announced yesterday that Bruce Chen is the 5th starter, and this guy has Bauer in there.

The O's are still up in the air. There are some radio stations reporting Bigbie will hit second, and some are reporting (like this guys line-up) that Mora will bat second.

Only a couple things are certain:

- They are carrying 12 pitchers

- The rotation is Lopez, Cabrera, Bedard, Ponson, Chen

- The filled bullpen spots are Ryan (closer), Julio (set-up), Kline (set-up), Steve Reed (middle), John Parrish (middle). Jason Grimsley would be in this group, but is out for the year.

- Other bullpen spoys will be between Bauer (long), Witasick (middle), and Todd Williams (middle)

- Bench is set: Newhan (whose positions in the game should be 3B/Util), Surhoff (positions should be LF/1B), Chris Gomez (2B/Util), and Geronimo Gil (C/None)

Point well taken. But how can Mazilli move my boy Tejada, the one Bay Area Superstar not on Roids (see Giambi & Bonds), out of the 3rd spot? That''s OK you don't have to answer, just thinking out loud.

Mets News:

- Koo has made the team

- Mets asked Heredia to begin on the DL. He declined. Expect a release

- Matt Ginter has made the bullpen

Mr. "Never Doubt Me",

LATimes.com reports that Dodgers (since their arms are falling like flies) have acquired Pat Mohomes from Mets AAA-Norfolk. But it doesn't say who or what they gave up? Hear anything in the 1000 NY newspapers.

BTW, no offense, but besides Looper (who I like), the Mets might have the worst bullpen for a big market team I have ever seen.

Keep your eyes out for the next release, bro. HypnoxXx, one of the roster creators, makes it sound like there will be a roster for all occasions (most all occasions).

No, you don't have to download the rosters to have cybers show up. You only have to download the rosters if you want to be cool and kick @ss.

While you're right on the speed, Nate Dogg, (should be somewhere in the 80s)

You may want to give your boy a little time before you proclaim him a true basestealing threat. Every scouting report I read (like 5) have the same tone as this one from STATS at ESPN.com:

"While there's no doubt that DeJesus runs well, he was picked off numerous times in 2004 and often was caught stealing after getting a slow break from first."

I just wanted to let the HLS crew know that they can use my Redsox rosters.

It can be downloaded in the download section and I have a thread I'll update as I release future versions.

I really appreciate all the work everyone involve in this project, it's the best roster set around and I just wanna help add to it in anyway I can.

Opening day is tomrorow, can't wait!!

PLAY BALL!!

Actually, last year he moved Tajada to the 4 hole, and Mora to the 3 spot, and they had career numbers after the move. That is why it is important for Bigbie to do well in the 2 slot, although rumors have Gibbons maybe being moved there too.
