Second: I downloaded the umachines models and kg roster and al works just fine..if I'll donwload the ultimante roster by Totte (jattebra!!): will they work? Thanks Yes, they'll work BUT my Plus roster is the one that best works with the updated models.big (Umachine in this case). The current one available is not that fresh and there's a new version coming this weekend. The standard edition is out and a week old and it mainly works with the default models.big by EA. sfgiantsflgators
WAS and Austin Kearns come to terms (hey, that rhymes) on a three-year deal with a club option for 2010. Official details haven't been released, but a couple places have reported the deal is for about $16 mil. EDIT: went through the Giants players on your list - as far as my research uncovered, all are still currently free agents.

Totte
What was the value of the deal Samardzija signed with the Cubs?
webba20042004
he signed a five-year, $10 million Major League contract with the Chicago Cubs, who drafted the pitcher in the fifth round of the 2006 First-Year Player Draft. The deal includes two option years, both club options, and it could pay the right-hander $16.5 million. It also includes a $2.5 million signing bonus that Samardzija will return to the Cubs if he decides at any point to pursue another sport.

sfgiantsflgators
Few afternoon moves: MIL: Brewers claimed RHP Marino Salas off waivers from the Orioles. Salas, who was bumped from Baltimore's roster to make room for Jeremy Guthrie, had a 2.92 ERA and a 46/16 K/BB ratio in 49 1/3 IP for Double-A Bowie last season. He turns 26 tomorrow and his stuff is pretty average, but he has a chance of becoming a useful middle reliever. He'll likely open the year in Triple-A. BAL: Orioles agreed to terms with second baseman Brian Roberts on a one-year, $4.2 million contract. Roberts asked for $4.6 million and was offered $3.8 million in arbitration. The two sides will keep working on a long-term deal expected to buy out Roberts' first year of free agency in 2009. CIN: Reds signed RHP Brian Meadows to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training. Meadows picked up eight saves for the Rays last year, but he's strictly an 11th or 12th pitcher. He finished with a 5.17 ERA in the AL last year and had a 4.58 ERA for the Pirates in 2005. EDIT: and one more snuck in... PIT: Pirates signed RHP Tony Armas Jr., who had been with the Nationals, to a one-year contract with a club option for 2008. Armas hasn't been any good since returning from shoulder surgery in 2004, with a 4.88 ERA and a 1.50 WHIP standing as his best marks from the last three years. That he's on the right side of 30 gives some hope for the future, but he just doesn't have the same stuff he used to. The Pirates would probably be better off with Shawn Chacon as their fifth starter. The two will compete for the job, and Armas may have the advantage, mainly because Chacon's contract isn't guaranteed. no details available yet. kaplerisking
So I reinstalled the rosters and all of the ages are now fixed, but now there's a bigger problem. I started a new dynasty, and a bunch of minor league pitchers are missing. 3 out of 5 of the Pawsox starters have vanished...not on the dl, free agent list, or anywhere else for that matter in dynasty mode. What am I doing wrong now?! :headache:
