It's a good idea but I'm really sorry, I don't have the time to do so. If I was employed to do rosters work all day, that wouldn't be a problem

No problem Totte. People should realize that real life comes first ;)

This probably won't make the 8.2 roster, but these releases were just reported for the Cubs.

RP Thomas Atlee AA to FA

RP Lincoln Holdzkom AA to FA

I don't have CAPS, but these guys could be created for the next release. I included the scout.com organizational rankings.

1 Open Spot on Daytona (A)

SP Mitch Atkins (#15)

2 Open Spots on Tennessee (AA)

SP Paul Schappert (#50)

SP Tim Layden (#38)

Appreciate the hard work.

Question: Where will guys that are on the DL, like Freddie Sanchez (Pirates) and Jay Payton (O's), be when the Opening Day roster comes out? Does anyone know how this is handled?

Thanks,

Nim

That's mostly right.

Plus version is for an updated models.big (shmooz's, models from 07 mod), while the standard version is made exclusively for the models.big that came with the game. The models.big from the CD is smaller in size and runs better for people with less than stellar computers, while the plus models.big allows for many more faces and updated uniforms.

I know how that goes. Real life is real, especially when you have 4 funerals in a weeks time. Make things a lot clearer on what is important, and what can be put on the back burner, so i know how that goes. When ever you guys get them done, you get them done. I know there is no need to rush, and you modders want it to be perfect, as well as us not so good at modding guys...lol Looking for ward to them.

Cheers and lets play some ball! ! !

I have this DL rule that unless the guy is out for the whole season, he stays on the MLB roster (if he's supposed to be there in the first place). Players that are expected to miss the whole season like Clement and Liriano gets sent down to single-A.

The moves will definitely make the cut. I'll try and whip up a CAP for those guys.

This looks promising folks. I only need to create 10 more players before I convert the rosters into a Plus version meaning that you'll get your release tonight unless something unexpected happens.

Took the rosters for a test drive with the Padres and got smashed badly by the Giants

Today was the first time the Marlins went up against a LHP and this is the lineup that was used:

H. Ramirez SS

D. Uggla 2B

M. Cabrera 3B

J. Willingham LF

M. Jacobs 1B

C. Ross RF

M. Olivo C

A. De Aza CF

So Willingham moves up to the 4th spot against LHP, and Jacobs moves down to the 5th. Also, since Hermida will still be playable (as he's hurt now, and the spot is being Platooned with Borchard (RHP) and Ross (LHP), I'm pretty sure he'll still be used in RF against LHP, since he was last year. But since we can't say for a fact, it's your call if you want to start Cody in RF against LHP.

Isotopes roster

NOTE: Star (*) next to a persons name means that the players number is different then what's in the current UR.

Starting Rotation:

#57 SP Jeff Fulchino*

#30 SP Wes Obermueller*

#25 SP Paul Mildren

#36 SP Ricardo Rodriguez* (NOTE: I noticed he was on the Carindals A team. He signed with the marlins this past offseason. )

Bullpen:

#24 LRP Rich Dorman*

#18 MRP Ross Wolf

#45 MRP Eddy Rodriguez*

#7 MRP Ben Julianel*

#23 CP Randy Messenger

Batting Order:

#2 CF Eric Reed*

#11 SS Robert Andino

#31 LF John Gall* (Doesn't seem to be in your roster)

#28 3B Scott Seabol

#33 1B Todd Sears* (Note: He's a FA currently)

#22 RF Reggie Abercromibe*

#17 DH Paul Hoover*

#37 C John Baker*

#4 2b Josh Labandeira*

Bench

#34 OF Chad Hermansen*

#3 IF Zach Sorensen* (I think you should change his main POS from LF to 2B)

#35 Chis Ashby*
