cybernetic
Personally this is what I think you should do: 1. Release a new roster after the non-waiver deadline. 2. Another after the waiver deadline. 3. Do the overhaul in the off-season for 2008 after all the September callups, etc. Personally I make all the trades that occur during my dynasty anyway. lilfisch
Just a quick question... Does anyone else think that Eric Byurns of the D-Backs should have a different batting stance? Strictly based on his walkoff homerun the other night, his stance seems close to CLASSIC 1. Anyone second that?
Pudge77
Dont know if this has been mentioned but kenny lofton was acquired by the Indians for nonroster catcher Max Ramirez. The reds placed Pedro Lopez on the 15 day-DL and reinstated Juan Castro from the DL.

Totte
So I just got back guys. Been in a car for the last 7 hours on top of playing 16 innings of ball today so my head (and rear end) is not what it's supposed to be I've been following the trade buzz through my cell phone but I'm grateful that you've taken the time to post what's gone down so I can get crackin on it. So how about the games I played? We dropped the series and lost the first one 7-1 and the 2nd 8-1. It's not like we played bad or anything, we were simply outdueled in the end by a better team. We had 9 guys available for the series and our opponents had their whole roster on the bench. Then you could look at the fact that their whole infield was National team players (or ex. NT-players). Oh and the guy they had on the mound the 1st game throws hardest in Sweden topping out at around 90 mph I went 1-3 in both games with groundout IF singles that I beat out at first with my blazing speed  Ah well, new doubleheader next Sunday :)
Totte
Btw, we spoke in the car on the way home about the size of the bats the MLB-players sue. Any of you know what the stars are using?
MarkB
Anywhere betwwen 30 and 36, I believe, depending on the batter, but I could be a few ounces off. 33/33 and 33/34 seem to be the most popular for the average player.
nutts55
After seeing a few rating and draft postion, can you look at Cano's rating, he is being drafted in the mid first round ahead of Utley. I would think he is not that good yet and doesn't have utley's power and is at best an average defender. Also Arod may have low power numbers and is behind Rolen for ratings. Both are gold glove caliber 3b and Arod is the best player in the game

cybernetic
Jays release SP Jim Crowell. This move was made to make room for Gustavo Chacin on the Syracuse roster after he was optioned down on the 27th. Apparantly today they voided that option so he may get called up.
