Totte
TB calls up Upton. CJ Wilson is now closer in Tex. And The Braves rock. Don't you mean that Arizona call up Justin Upton? I thought Benoit was gonna close for the Rangers until Otsuka comes back with CJ acting as a setup man getting the occasional save oppurunity. LetsGoFish2015
I'm not sure if it goes in this thread, but here goes: When I can click on the link to download Roster Overhaul, the link says "4.0", but the rosters are 4.1.

You're right, wrong thread. The issues you mention came up in KG's thread and the reason behind it was that KG simply forgot to change the file name. DoubleD
Yeah, he likely meant Justin Upton, as he is being called up. Also: Josh Johnson is having Tommy John, the Marlins are going with the assumption that he is out for 2008. Jason Phillips also signed with the Fish, sent to AAA. It was originally made because they were trying to trade Olivo and call up Baker, and so Phillips would take on catching duties in AAA. But since Olivo wasn't traded, that still leaves catching duties to Baker. Personally, I'd get rid of Paul Hoover for Phillips. From he sounds of it, Hoover's career is done. He suffered an injury earlier in the season, and now he's currently in rookie ball mentoring the kids.

StEaLtHsHoT
Atlanta Braves Designated 1B Julio Franco for assignment. Texas Rangers INF Desi Relaford has cleared waivers and has been outrighted to AAA Oklahoma. New York Mets C Sandy Alomar Jr. has cleared waivers and has been outrighted to AAA New Orleans, P Jon Adkins has cleared waivers also to AAA New Orleans. Pittsburgh Pirates Designated INF Matt Kata for assignment. Tampa Bay Devil Rays C Raul Casanova cleared waivers and was outrighted to AAA Durham. Philadelphia Phillies Designated RP Clay Condrey for assignment to make room on the 25-man roster for SP Kyle Lohse.

Totte
HAHA, Julio Franco has no luck lately. He'll probably clear waivers and be outrighted to AAA only to be called up in September again
StEaLtHsHoT
He'll probably clear waivers and be outrighted to AAA only to be called up in September again I don't think he wants to go back in AAA he will end up as a Free Agent I think.
DeuceBlades
Hey Totte..........wheres my reliever Rafael Perez?? Did you overlook him by accident.....hahahahahaha I know its a big roster to build, and you cant get everyone in on the first go, but maybe in the next update?? Great work as always. You and KG put each other to the test.

cybernetic
Totte, The Jays have decided not to recall Russ Adams and have decided to call up Ray Olmedo instead to be the backup infielder. This way Hill stays at 2B and John McDonald will start most of the time at short.

Totte
Some good news for you guys but not for me I've been out with the flu and home from work the past two days so I've had some time to work on the rosters continuing with my team overhauls. During these two days, I've finished Texas, Arizona, ChiSox and Baltimore. This leaves me with only Colorado, LA Dodgers, San Fran, Seattle and Tampa to go with complete overhauls as the Cubs, Royals and Jays only need minor touchups :)
cybernetic
But Clayton was till DFA'd? Yes, he made room for Olmedo on the 40-man roster. Also it looks like Josh Towers' days as a Jay are numbered also. As soon as Burnett comes off the DL, which could be as soon as early next week he will be DFA also. Ghostrider
Just check this site: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/transactions/index.jsp Then you wouldn't have a thread 8,000 miles long about something that is contained all in one place. This thread is good for feedback about the rosters, but you can find all the transactions at the above site.

I love how I know that people will post stuff in my thread everyday so that I don't have to surf through a bunch of different websites to get a complete overlook of things. Then you'll also have to consider that my users post tons of MiLB transactions that can't be found on the link you posted.
