Giving that the Padres have Germano, Stauffer, Hensley waiting to earn a regular spot, I can see them dumping Wells.

It looks like it won't be Hensley filling in that spot, after the Bonds HR they sent him down to the minors. For a team that's in a pennant race they sure are getting rid of all their pitching, first Linebrink, Hensley, and now Wells, sure looks like their throwing in the towel.

Baltimore Orioles

Acquired OF Sebastien Boucher from the Seattle Mariners in exchange for LHP John Parrish.

Cleveland Indians

Traded INF Russell Branyan to the Philadelphia Phillies for cash considerations; Claimed INF Chris Gomez off waivers from the Baltimore Orioles; Sent INF Mike Rouse outright to Triple-A Buffalo; Released RHP Fernando Cabrera.

Milwaukee Brewers

Released RHP Elmer Dessens.

Ok, scout reports!

Zarate:

78 MPH Change 12-6 ok movement

90 MPH FB

72 MPH Curve 12-6 good movmenet

86 MPH Sinker 12-6 ok movement

In order of how good they are. All have good control outside of the Curve. He only pitched to a few batters (he was sent back down to make room for Barone as I noted would likely happen ealier) so I didn't get too see too much of him, so there might be an update.

And as for Barone's start:

89 MPH FB

82 MPH Change, 12-6 but barely any movement

77 MPH Breaking ball, think it's a curve but not positive, 12-6 and decent movement.

Again order of how good. Really good control pitcher (Average around only 2 BB/9 throughout the minors), paints the corner great.

Ross Wolf also pitched to one batter today. His fastball was at 92, so it should be knocked up a couple notches. All he through was FB so don't know about other pitches.

I leave Johnny Damon's stance as Shawn Green. Johnny Damon isn't that open at all. Nor does Coco Crisp hold his bat so high like Andruw's batting stance. I use Burnitz for Coco because it's pretty crouched and his bat's over his shoulder more realistically.

Totte is their a possibility for Dan Milano to be making it into your Red Sox overhaul in the next update or two.

he is a friend of mine and it would be cool for him to be in the game.

he was drafted in the 20th round this year

Hmm I don't know bro. The next catcher on my list I was thinking about adding is Jon Still and considering he's higher rated than your pal, I'm probably gonna add him but one never knows.

I've had several people ask for Brad Corell too so...

Totte, I have an add request for your next update if you can fit him into the Seattle organization: SP Nick Hill, currently on the Everett AquaSox. Not sure where to look for his pitches and such, but maybe someone else can help out with that?

Thanks dude, looking forward to the Sept. release!

I'll look into it but as you said, if someone can help out with a little scouting report on pitches and stuff, that'd help out a lot :)
