Here is my roster of the NYM. I use Gforce formula for all batters (including minors).

I know that there are some players (Musser, Ring, Padilla, etc) that are in AAA but in my roster are in AA. I have to place them in AA because of the injuries of Trachsel, Fortunato, and others. Also I had Hernandez, DeJean and Koo as a Middle Relievers because when I simulate games the CPU use more the middle relievers than setup man.

HyonoxXx/llmac, if you are interest in this update, just PM me.

Ah, I see. I only asked because he went to my college (Concordia College in Bronxville, NY) and according to Baseball America, he's the 25th best prospect in the system and should be in Double-A this year. Here's his article...

Area scout Steve Connelly wanted to sign Aviles after his junior season at Concordia College, but had to wait until he earned NCAA Division II player of the year honors as a senior in 2003. Aviles shortened his stroke and led D-II in batting (.500), slugging (1.016), homers (22), and runs (83), that spring, and the Royals made sure they got him by spending a seventh-round pick on him (albeit with only a $1,000 bonus). Aviles was the Arizona League MVP in 2003, then capped his banner season by holding his own in winter ball in Puerto Rico. He played for Carolina, where his uncle Ramon (a former big leaguer) was a coach. Aviles kept producing in 2004, thanks to a compact swing and solid strength for his size. He led the Carolina League in doubles and ranked third in hits after jumping three levels to high class A. He makes good contact but could stand to draw more walks. Aviles' arm and hands rate as solid-average, though he's not as quick or rangy as most shortstops. Aviles is the sort of overachiever organizations love to uncover, but also one who must prove himself at each level. His bat will determine whether he becomes an everyday middle infielder or a utility player, and his next test will come in Double-A.

The proverbial day off felt good. Got past my grumpy posts and now to continue the project at hand. Here's the Rockies I did a few days ago.

MLB – Colorado

Carvajal- increased control on 2-seam, #27 propsect for Rockies is not going to get complete overhaul

Chacon- left repertoire the same since this is the stuff he uses as a starter, increased control on curve, 2-seam and change, increased speed on curve

Dohman- increased mov’t on slider, decrease control on fastball

Francis- gave cutter and slider mentioned in BA Prospect, decreased mov’t and control on curve, decreased control on fastball

Fuentes- decreased speed on fastball 2 mph, increased mov’t on change and changed traj., changed curve to cutter, left slurve but increased control

Jennings- made sinker best sencondary pitch, decreased fastball speed,

Kennedy- still simmed to below 4.00 ERA despite deductions to change and curve, increased mov’t on slider

Kim- increased mov’t on change, decreased mov’t on slider and 2-seam

Speier-made 4-seam tail, increase mov’t on slider and changePickoff =7/15=Average w/ ruuners

Tsao- gave curve, increased mov’t on 2-seam

Wright- increased mov’t on slider, decreased control on 4-seam

llcmac-

I'm not sure if you backtrack at all (or even need to), but here's some BA Prospect junk for Jeff Niemann-TB if you didn't get it from your free source:

-#4 pick

-5yr., $5.2 mill. guaranteed

-92-97 fatsball

-slider ranked as best breaking ball in 2004 draft.

-also throws a "spike curveball" (sounds like a hard breaking knuckle-curve)

-throws a changeup

-good luck to Tampa on this one, they need it with their track record w/ pitchers (I know Kazmir's only 21, but he's not giving me a "woody" yet. Better learn another pitch.)

Alright, fixed Niemann. I knew about the fastball, but I was told he had a splitter....but it doesn't matter, you can tell me what's wrong when this version gets uploaded.

BBY-- Jeff Francis' Slider Trajectory..... 2 to 8?

My bad. Yeah. I'll check his stats out when I sim the next team to see if that dramatically changes them (like it did to Lyon on his non-moving curve)

I got it. I won't bump you from your groove.

Couldn't find anything on Edgar Garcia for the phils

signed him for $500K

-showed off a plus fastball that reached 94 mph

-flashed a power 12-to-6 curve at 80 mph

-changeup still has a ways to go

-strong frame should lend itself to durability

Well I am done creating prospects. I imported all my players so far, and most of them make the game crash. I only finished 13 teams, but there's no point in me trying anymore, unless we figure it out.

The cubs are in some crap now nomar has torn his groin muscle from the bone so hes out a minimum of 2-3 months probably longer, so now neiffi perez is the starter at short and ronny cedeno has been called up to back up short. Maybe they should try hairston at short when walker comes back and they could have possibly the worst fielding middle infield in the majors. Also heres a few transaction from the day or so that are extremly easy to overlook but need corrected.

Pirates optioned outfielder Chris Duffy to Triple-A Indianapolis

Pirates claimed infielder Alfredo Amezaga off waivers from the Rockies.

Diamondbacks signed LHP Armando Almanza to a minor league contract and assigned him to Double-A Tennessee.

Blue Jays Optioned pitcher Brandon League to triple-a

Blue Jays purchased the contract of pitcher matt whiteside.

So your just giving up?

Oh no why are you using the import feature in mvpedit? its full of bugs and thats where the errors are coming from, that and passing the roster out to 5 million people to edit doesnt help much especially if they dont know what they are doing and taking shortcuts like importing players you can very easily screw the whole set up with 1 wrong click from a rookie not knowing what they are doing. Why not type them all in manually overwriting the players already there? it would save a whole lot of headaches and the more people handling this the more chances you are gonna have these errors. Its safe to say this roster set wont be out until September or October just in time for Madden am I right? Most of us want to start our franchises so bad.
