Active Bullpen and Fielders Speed.

Hi Guys, returning to play MLB2k12 after some inactive years, one basic question that I couldn't found it in the forums, what's the function of Active Bullpen ON? 

 

Also when fielding the players specially the fielders run like in Slow Motion when they are close to catch the ball, there is a way or mod to fix or improve that?

@picklebrad Thanks!.   I've been reading a lot from your link and and here, please could you give some feedback from your experience with the game:

 

1) Anticipation at 25, Blocking Plate at 99  and Acceleration at 99 seems as a general consensus.

2) Some people mention about changing Range to 50, did you change it?

3) Also some people  mention to reduce Infield Speed to 5 and Outfield Speed to 10, which ratings do you have to those attributes?

I've only adjusted the Anticipation, blocking the plate and infield /outfield speeds. It's like night and Day. Wacokid and KCcitystar are working on a something similar.

Thanks again.  One last question, the Anticipation value (25) should be modify also at every position (I circled with green).

No. Just the positions that they normally wouldn't play need to be the lowest.
