eko718
Can somebody please convert the EA Patch to an .mbe file? Each time I try to import the roster.dat file in MVPEdit(latest version) it loads the file, but all the entries are blank. There are no players. This has happened for every roster I've tried to change in MVPedit. Any ideas on what Im doing wrong?
rglass95
What version of MVPedit are you running? Which roster are you trying to import? That's very odd.
eko718
I'm using MVPedit 2005.4. The roster I last tried to import was the EA Patch roster. I've also tried to import some other roster updates on this site, but the same thing happens. It does work when I open an .mbe file, but when I try to import a .dat file its blank. eko718
Hey Glass, when I try to import the roster.dat file, it says "File exists. Ok to overwrite?" Could that perhaps be part of the issue?....
rglass95
When you *import*? No, that shouldn't happen at all. Hmm...
eko718
I tried this and it worked... I imported the following files at the same time; attrib.dat, lhattrib.dat, rhattrib.dat, pitcher.dat, team.dat, roster.dat, manager.dat, org.dat. Strange, but it works. eko718
Now when I try to export the file it says "The roster for Free Agents has more than 0 players. Export halted".
