Digital_Utopia
I tried adding a new background to bkgnds.big, to replace an existing one, and no matter how I tried to match the fsh settings, it still wound up importing with a different offset...which is why I think the game crashes when it tries to display the iimage. anybody have any ideas? Digital_Utopia
I used a 24 bit .tga, opened it up in eage...saved it as a fsh with DXT1 compression, and checked Pack Data...and the type is GIMX I then used BigGUI to replace the original fsh with the new one, and after that...I went to Edit - > Compress...because the original was compressed. now the ending size of it was identical to the original, but the offset was different..
