Fake players with huge star power that become all stars

this is a list of the the rookies/fake players that have the highest level of star power in the attirub.dat file. Ignore the numbers, imported straight from excel so it looks sloppy.

Any ideas or anyone want to help find out what teams these guys play for and if they have real names??

I can get the id nums if that helps anyone.
