Twins879105
I uploaded a new camera datafile if anyone is interested. It's called Matt's Zoom Cams. I Directed it to the mvp2004/misc folder by mistake when it is really for mvp2005. If someone could please fix that I'd be grateful. I also upped a jpg of sample screenshots named "New Zoom Cameras.jpg" that got uploaded but wasn't attached to my download. I edited Batting Cameras 3,4,5 and 6. I'm working on a complete datafile breakdown in Excel format and have a Twins complete system roster ready to up with their awesome 2004 draft class (5 picks in the first 39). jasonbr123
Hmmm... I guess I'm not understanding something. I copied the datafile.BIG file in my mvp2005/data/datafile with the new one, but I'm not seeing any difference. You must have to go in and change the lines in your datafile.txt file as well? kicko
do these overwrite the cam angles in the game already? i would just like the zoomed shot from behind the mound, is that possible just to add?
Twins879105
It should work as is. just overwrite the existing datafile.big (don't forget to back it up). Otherwise it may have something to do with your screen resolution. You also have to restart the game for it to take effect. If you want to add one specific camera you have to go to the trouble of editing your own datafile. Use a search to find the lines that I quoted in my readme, and overwrite that line with the corresponding one in my readme file. make sure you get all 4 lines. (they're spread out but in the same section.) If you're having trouble with the batting cams you might want to decrease your pitch speed sliders and try it again (the ball seems to get there in more of a hurry). My personal favorite is pitch6/bat5. On a side note the cameras appear slightly less zoomed in the screenshots than they actually are. And thanks again for adding my picture to the download. Otherwise It's kind of like a blind date-a-file.

RAM
wow, that looks pretty good. what kind of video card are you using?
Twins879105
Thanks. Radeon 9550. Bought it for KOTOR2 and noticed a huge difference over my old 7500. I love the hiiter's eye color indicators for pitch type this year. You can see that Morneau and Mauer are getting breaking pitches to hit.
