I especially love how you can see where the corners are playing you! Like Hoosier said, the camera views before and during the game give it a whole new feel!!! You know, I noticed a major improvement with the stuttering problem as well using this datafile. It's almost totally gone for me Very nice addition to the game !!! Do you just rename or do you have to do something else? BT .rar is a compressed file, uncompress it and it'll probably be datafile.txt which you have to put in your /data folder (NOT /data/datafile). gepetto Posted March 11, 2005 Share Posted March 11, 2005 this mod is awesome and helped the stuttering while pitching but i still have bad stuttering while batting (unaceptable) and fielding. but none the less this is a sick mod that i will be using when EA addresses the stuttering in a patch hopefully. That mod also takes away the batter walk-up music if I remember correctly. The pitching is way too easy with this mod, but the camera angles and lack of stutter are amazing. Great work! I tend to use Pitcher 1/Batter 4 view, and you're correct in that view 4 takes a bit to get used to. Those balls just scream across the plate. After using True's/Pared's datafile, it's nice not to have walk-up music playing and I would enjoy that option in this file as well.
