New to the Show

This is the first year I have gotten The Show.  Being an Xbox user, I never had the option and quite frankly, especially with all the work done here,  I was perfectly content with MVP.   That being said.  I really don't know a lot about this game.  I created a team in Diamond Dynasty.  I since found out that you can replace all the teams in franchise mode with custom teams.  So that is what I am working on now.  ButI can't find a way to import those previous uniforms into this.  Does anyone know if there is a way to import those in diamond dynasty into franchise or am I just stuck making them again?
