RichK
I am currently working on a PS2 roster editor program. The files (which are stored in the .sav format) have a checksum which appears to be stored in the first 16 bytes of the file (4 of which are constant). Without knowing the encryption method or key, there is no way to edit and re-save a valid .sav file for PS2 rosters/dynasty or PC dynasty. If anyone would like to give this a shot, let me know, and I'll help out as much as I can. I can handle the data side of it, but I don't know much about checksums and their generation, which is where I've hit the wall in this project.
