ezdriver
At work now and can't yet try them, but I thought I'd give you a heads-up about them. On the Nvidia website and WHQL. ez
FragStains
i just downloaded and installed them...tested them out and the stuttering throws are mostly a thing of the past, really nice improvement overall. just need to get a patch from EA and this could possibly last me till the next MVP comes out in 7 years. ginfest
I've been using the "beta" 7184 since they came out. I only play MVP, EQ2 and RTW but these are great in all 3 games. Mike G
ezdriver
I picked up about 5-10 fps with these new drivers. Still have the stutters, but by using the KSM datafile with these drivers , the stutters are not as irritating! Good job Nvidia (and KSM!). ez
mike12000
I downloaded this driver for my GForce5600. When I tried to install (used the folder they suggested) I had an error that said "The NVIDIA setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit." Any suggestions out there? What could I be doing wrong?
mike12000
BTW, I read in the NVIDIA documents that this update supports the 5600.

spitoon
I downloaded this driver for my GForce5600. The 5600 is listed in the .ini file, so it should work...it's not by chance a laptop is it...it might not support the laptop 5600's... Otherwise, make sure you uninstall your old drivers and then install these ones. It worked without a hitch on my Ti4200 :)
mike12000
Yeah, it's a notebook with a GeForce FX Go 5600. That's probably my problem...
spitoon
Yeah, it's a notebook with a GeForce FX Go 5600. That's probably my problem... You probably could get away with using a modded .ini so that it recognizes your Go 5600...if you're into that kind of thing. You might be interested in checking out www.guru3d.com ...they have hundreds of downloads there, beta files, tweaked files for max performance etc...it's worth a look. I think you can probably find that modded .ini there...it's as simple as copying and pasting the modded .ini into the folder that you chose to unpack the WHQL drivers into...I'm not saying that it will fix any problems (though it might), but it would allow you to install these new drivers.
