divsc
is anybody pondering a way to create an in game save module or add-on of some kind...i do not know how one could craft it but maybe looking at a similar file in madden might lead to some bright idea...nobody wants to waste a good game they're playing and sometimes you just can't finish then
tks
divsc... Boy, do I ever support that suggestion! I've wondered beginning with MVP2004 why EA didn't provide a way to save a game in progress. Most games or sims that I've worked with have a way to save the simulation and complete later, if necessary. Sure would be a nice add-on feature. cb
I don't know how it is possible to mod in but hey, there are a lot of mods on here I never thought possible.
cptman
When I cant finish a game i push alt-tab or your windows button on the keyboard and that puts it back to desktop. Seems to work real well, I know its not the same as a save game feature but its all we got! 8)
llcmac
yeah, I also alt-tab, but that doesn't work for everyone, I just happen to always have my pc on.
Kriegz
This would be great but nobody has done a mod of this sort on MVP before so it is unlikely
divsc
someone mentions a trainer (for mvp 2004)from gameburnworld.com that can, from the read me "Enable Disable Option F1 Add 1 Run (Home Team) F2 Add 1 Run (Away Team) F3 Freeze Outs F4 One Out Needed F5 One Strike Needed F6 Home Team Never Scores F7 Away Team Never Scores F8 Never Strike Out F9 Pitcher Never Gets Tired F10 Lots of MVP Points F11 Never Walk A Batter F12 Back To Normal" and i am figuring that if this program can read the files to add things to the game, perhap it can read these files to export them to some sort of save file/trainer. anybody on here studying game design enough to know how this concept can be reality? five
You can use artmoney to save your game. You have to buy the registered version. I haven't actually tried it out myself.
BudHawk
Hi five, I have the registered version of artmoney, but cannot figure out the 'save' and 'load' process yet.
