Complete game uninstallation

Has anyone put together a script to uninstall everything everywhere, including registry entries and the such?  I have been trying to reload the game and a couple mods but I have done so on this laptop many, many times over the years and I am not ruling that being the problem I am having.  I want to do multiple installs of different TCM versions in different folders to see if it is something with my installation skills that is wacky but I haven't done so successfully with everything buggered and entries manually changed up dating back to about 2014.  I've got EASPORTS folders all over the place.

I'm on Windows 10 upgrade from a Windows 8 laptop that I might just revert to factory if the DirectX issue is the culprit.

I keep getting sucked in every few years to this game so this is very important, obviously. 🙂

Thanks.

Yeah, I currently have 12 and 15 mods installed and were working until I recently tried to install the latest release and now none work and I played around too much in the registry.  I want to try and clean out everything that isn't removed with the WIndows uninstalation of the base application.  I still have to go through and manually remove some referenced settings after that.  The laptop I play it on started as Windows 8 and then I messed up some things after Windows 10 was accidentally upgraded to so I might just refresh the OS and start over from factory.  I just wasn't sure if someone ever came up with a like .bat that goes out and deletes the registry keys after you manually uninstall the actual application so it is wiped without a trace.  A search here didn't call much up on that so I was curious.  The database is pretty huge now.

Thanks.

I've been hitting/lurking this site for about 15 years and the work everyone does here is still fantastic.

Seven7, a batch file to remove everything would be too easy. The problem is it would only work for some people since people can install the game to either the default location or a custom installation for those with multiple hard drives. A good program to clean your installs plus your registry is CCleaner. I use the free version. https://www.ccleaner.com/

Personally I use JSGME (Jonesoft Generic Mod Enabler) to activate the Total Classics and season mods for both MVP 05 and MLB 2K12. Try searching here. There is a good tutorial and post at NLSC that is written for NBA 2K14 but the same concept applies.

If someone can volunteer to translate this for MVP 05 that would be phenomenal. I'd sticky it.
