RedSoxFox7
What do you get when you cross an underachieving Red Sox pitcher with an aging Yankees middle infielder? Byung-Hyun Womack of course. It's not surprising that combo caused him to retire due to a lack of ability. :p
Viceman2004
LOL. i remember last year someone posted a pic of someone names Gookie Cintron. EA is hilarious

lemo
I never pay attention to the minor leaguers. The best name ever was in Madden 2004: Mo Love.
pangderx
Most of the time you'll see just a combination of major leaguers: Barry Giambi, David Martinez, Manny Ortiz...etc. But sometimes, you'll find a gem like good ol Gookie Citron. Those are just classics.
twins8791
i wish i had a screenshot of this one but the best i ever saw was a minor leaguer in last years game: Willie Mo Budzinski

Gamingboy
Look when your drafting prospects, they ALL have names that are combos of existing player names. Sun-Woo Grudzielanek, for example, was the 93rd pick of the draft, for example (he was a catcher, which made it even more weird).
rolliefingers08
i like the guys with asian names that are white. or the blackest guy you've ever seen, whose name is bill choi or something weird like that.
steroid
I was stating that in the name generator thread, when someone would ever make one, to try and eliminate those kind of silly generations, however they are some of the silliest names to mention yet " Byung-Hyun Womack ", is freak'n hilarious. I had "Bucky Matsui" , but its not as funny as some of yours. Kinda cross between Redneck/Japanese??
MaddiesDaddy
This is an awesome thread!!! I am crying from laughter. I am relatively new and have yet to start a Dynasty, but now I cannot wait for drafting prospects and things like that. This really is funny......... :D
Gamingboy
What I wish they did was have it so that they took census data (it's possible), and then by the frequency of a name, it comes up. Therefore there will be more Smiths then Jeters. I also wish that some game could, have, like, have the kids of players eventually become available to draft. And god knows that Nomar Jr. would be talented.
KenDammit
EA seems to like throwing in an over-abundance of asian named players. No offense to the asians in the crowd, but damn there aren't THAT many in baseball. I won't even pick em no matter how good they are because the names are just so silly, like the ones mentioned in this thread
