Will there be a MLB2005 .sav reader??

I totally enjoyed the MLB 2004 .sav reader because I am a complete stat geek. I love to compile as many stats as possible. I wish I had the programming skills that most of you have, but its just not that way. I must say I APPRECIATE all of the mods written for the game and I use them. I would certainly love to see another .sav reader.

Thank you

Larry

I enjoyed that as well.

Hopefully someone with programming knowledge can create this or a similar program. High Heat baseball used to have a really nice stat utility that someone made that kept track of season and career records. It would be cool if someone could do something like that for this game.

That was Marcus - the High Heat Boxscore Utility. Great program.

What kind of program do I need to open a .sav file?? I'm fairly good with databases and if I could figure a way to extract the data into a database then I could possibly make a contribution to this site with a universal stat collection database.

I guess that I don't particulary understand. Its frustrating when games aren't very strong statistically, but this is a graphics driven society now. I would hope that MLBTinker would update his 2004 program because I thought it was cool. Or maybe if he didn't have the time, he could tell me how to do it.... wait a minute, that would probably take an eternity
